This is a home that I will always love!!! The staff here is just like your mom and dad without the rules and expectations!!! I am so glad I live here and will always be grateful for Aurora! She is the best landlord you could ever dream for. Thanks so much Colony Manor for being awesome!!!

We have live here for a few months and it’s great. Its so quiet and Aurora the leasing manager is literally the sweetest person in the world! I forgot the name of the other lady who took our application while Aurora was on vacation, but she was adorable too! Its been great, our neighbor is sweet the apartment is very wonderful, and when it snowed they made sure to plow the parking lot. :) its a very neighborly based apartment, and due to my husband and my 12 hr shifts its hard to get to know everyone with our work schedules. If you are looking for a lovely apartment with great neighbors, and management this is the one. We are so happy to live here!
