Just straight up terrible service. They close at 10pm in the lobby, got there at 9 and their doors were closed. Went to the drive thru, and lady was very rude. Rushing us in every way. They told us to wait out in front for our food. I asked the lady if I can get another order of nuggets and while I was asking, the lady walked away and answered with a nasty attitude. I don’t usually write reviews for fast foods because I don’t really expect much, but this is plain unacceptable.

There were 4 people working last week, September 04, 2014; however, there was not one single table in the restaurant that was clean. Thats ridiculous considering I was the only customer. When I walked in 3 employees were sitting at the table talking and the other was talking on her cell phone at another table. All good if the tables were clean and they had a place for customers to eat.

You’ll have better luck going across the street to McDonald’s. The BK on hwy 30 has horribly slow service, our orders have been incorrect on several occasions, and the final straw was a visit that sent me and my sons running to the bathroom after eating there, literally and figuratively.
