I normally have had pretty good experiences here, but I just went tonight and the young woman helping me skimped on the portion sizes majorly. Normally I eat half of a 2 or 3 entrée and save the other half for a later meal, but I was able to eat this entire 3 entrée meal in one sitting because of how little food I was given. The chow mien had maybe 3 or 4 good spoonfuls and was about half the regular amount you’re normally given. As for one of my entrees, she gave me one little spoonful of chicken that maybe included 2 or 3 pieces of chicken. At that point I had to say something to a different woman who was ringing me up, who kindly said that the other girl was new and gave me more of the chicken.(The other two entrée sizes were okay, and I didn’t want to seem rude asking for more chow mien on top of that). As a broke college student when I splurge and pay 8 – 10 bucks for one meal, I expect to be getting the full portion sizes that I’m paying for. Cheers to the woman ringing me up for fixing one of the entrees, but that really shouldn’t even be an issue where a costumer has to ask for more of what he/she should have already gotten.

Panda Express is a pretty good take-out option in our little neighborhood. The food is usually good, though the noodles are sometimes a bit burned. I usually get the orange chicken and chow mein. My 3year old loves a kids meal with walnut shrimp, a good bargain that comes with a cookie and mini drink(which I inevitably commandeer because she’s three and should drink water). My wife likes the hot fire chicken. This place does get very busy and the service can be spotty. If 3.5 stars was an option I’d give it.

I rarely feel welcome, and when I do I hesitate going back due to feeling rushed and unwanted for business

There are lots of people waiting in line! But it’s really clean place to eat inside. I had really good experience ordering online, using coupon code and just waited for pick up! That will save your time!

I absolutely love Panda Express but the only reason I’m giving this location 4 stars is because when I went in this evening at about 4:30 pm they had many dishes missing so I wasn’t able to get any of entrees I was hoping to get besides the Orange Chicken.

Very slow service– one person running the food service and cashiering. Four other employees– two actually working, two at break at same time. Evidently no active management.

I feel weird for even writing a review for a Panda Express, cause I mean, it’s panda… right??? However, 8⁄10 times they fuck something up and we wind up leaving the store disappointed with what we just purchased. As most reviews have said, they run out of food… ALOT. They wait until it’s gone to tell the cooks to make more. The worst thing they’ve done was plated the man in front of me’s food. When that man saw his plate he said he didn’t want it and wanted to wait for fresh food(cause the shit in there you could tell had been out for awhile and was not appetizing). The lady DUMPS his chicken back into the container she got it from(including some of his rice) then scoops it onto my plate. To which I told her that I didn’t want that chicken she just dumped out of his bowl. And she proceeded to dump it back into the container… and the cycle continued. Then the night before last night, the food actually looked fresh! My bf and I were excited, ordered our food. Got to the counter where my bf asked for some soy and chili packets. The lady rudely asks how many and he stated 3 of each. She opens the drawer with soy sauce, throws it in the bag, slams shut the door, then goes over to the sweet and sour and starts filling up cups. I look at my bf and ask him what she’s doing. She comes back, my bf kindly states«hey excuse me, I’m sorry, I actually just asked for the chili packets» to which she rolls her eyes, opens the same drawer, slams it shut again. I’m the kinda customer who keeps quiet when an employee is being a cunt cause I also work on food service and sometimes you’re just having a rough night. But this isn’t the first time we’ve been treated rudely by the staff. And my bf let her know she didn’t need to be rude about it. To which she mumbled«okay sorry» in her resting bitch face as we left. 2 stars just cause I fucking love orange chicken.(When it’s fresh and not off someone else’s plate)

Served by a blonde white female with the dirtiest nails. It was so disgusting that I had to refuse her service and ask the older Asian lady to attend me. Im horrified by the idea that this woman could have served my lunch with her nails that looked like she had just came from putting an engine in a car. Makes wonder how clean the cook’s hands are…

Every time I come here they literally have NOTHING. They really need to make the food when it’s half way gone instead of making it when everything is gone. I left after they started filling my box with rice and chow mien since there was no orange or teriyaki chicken ready they said i would have to wait 5 minutes.

SO good! Not very healthy, but I can’t resist the orange chicken, broccoli beef, and grilled teriyaki chicken(and this is coming from a Chinese girl!) Here’s a tip: each time you order, complete the survey on the back of the receipt for a free entrée next time you come. If you keep doing this you’ll get an endless cycle of free entrees :)

Came here at 1120, an hour and a half after they opened and they only had 3 dishes ready. They walked around leisurely while there were customers waiting, not even taking the time to acknowledge anybody. Waited an additional 20 mins to get my food. Absolute worst service ever

Love Panda, this location has serious management issues. 2 stars is a stretch, but when you do get the food it is good. Every time I go, they never have adequate staffing and the staff always complain that they’ve been short-staffed all day. One time I went in they had 2 options for entrees(orange chicken and something else) and everything else had a wait, and the line was to the door with about 15 people in line, which is what another reviewer mentioned as well as the posted pictures. And this has happened on multiple occasions. They seem to have 2 people cooking, 1 person washing dishes, and 1 person serving food(maybe 2). One time there was a line to the door and only 1 poor girl to serve food while there was 1 girl and 1 cook sitting down at the table in clear sight. I understand they legally have to take their lunch, but don’t do it in front of a line of customers who are watching you. I asked for one of the«premium» items one time that costs $ 1 more and they said its frozen and has to be «prepared» and would take at least 20 minutes… if I wanted to wait that long, I would have went to a sit-down restaurant. Please review this place if you experience similar as they hopefully will make some changes.

Months later and things still have not improved. I have to change my order because two items are completely empty.

I usually like to eat panda but from the right places and make sure to go at the right time. This place was ok but if its not busy the food is not that worm, and the workers don’t put much food ether.

I never thought I’d be writing a review for a Panda Express, but it has sincerely become my go-to Asian restaurant that a college student could afford in SB. All Panda Expresses are the same but I like how I always get $ 1 off for taking the phone/online survey when ordering a paw plate. $ 5.49 for a 3 item plate with non-premium entrees. Not too bad… Food for two meals.

Well what can I say about this particular panda. I’ve been to plenty and this one is pretty big with lots of seating and the place was clean. Food was good but it normally is unless they don’t rotate a fresh batch of whatever you pick. Overall good place for quick Chinese food since I still have yet to a tasty Chinese food spot, in the area. So this panda satisfies my craving. My order was beef and broccoli and Orange chicken. Half fried rice and chow mein
