I’ve worked with hundreds of agents, and Jennifer is the single best realtor I’ve worked with in 17 years. She’s an exceptionally rare combination of traits that make her the ideal broker. Jennifer puts her client’s financial interests above her own, know’s the nuances of the market, and walked me through what changes would get me top dollar for the money given the specific market conditions/​property/​price point/​etc. Her skilled negotiation helped me net extra money. Since she’s been in the market a long time, she could offer insight about different realtor’s and who was most likely to close when we had competing offers.
Jennifer convinced me to do things I hadn’t planned on which in the end made me much more money than I expected.
There was a couple times when her advice created more work and stress for her but didn’t increase how much she got paid — but increased what I netted.
Jennifer is #1 in Goldendale because her service is second to none. I was so impressed with her, if you hire Jennifer and don’t think she’s the best you could have hired, I’ll pay you $ 250 out of my own pocket.

Jennifer was a joy to work with. My husband and I were new to the area and are a young couple with a baby on the way. She didn’t waste our time and was fast when it came to the paperwork and communicating.
There were a few hiccups along the way, but that wasn’t really her fault and if someone was making the process go slower or lying to us (which happened a few times) she called them out on it.
She is very helpful still being new to the area and I know I can always count on her if I have a question or need anything.
Her assistant was also very helpful when my mom and I came up to do some measurements. It was nice to get someone else’s opinion about the schools, the community etc. She has a young child too and was super helpful! When it comes time down the road to see our home we will be using Jenn for sure!
