The manager Daphne is extremely unprofessional and should be fired. I urge anyone who is considering living here to look elsewhere. The property has a great location but the office staff is very rude. I was shopping for an apartment and was not treated very well. I witnessed s very unprofessional exchange between Daffney and a tenant. I was very disappointed because I love the location and the floor plans of the apartments. It is hard to find rentals in Denver right now, so I am thinking that is why property management can treat people so badly. I have not had this experience anywhere else, however and found a very nice unit with a very professional office staff.

My boyfriend and I moved to The Cliffs about a year ago. We love it here! The office ladies Daffiney and Leah are awesome and have always been super welcoming with us. If we ever have any issues they are willing to take care of it. They are really good about giving people warnings ahead of time so that you won’t get towed or fined for anything such as not parking in the right spots, not having expired tags, making sure that your balconies are clean, and picking up your dogs poop. If you follow the rules and aren’t late on your rent you won’t have any issues. It is an older building and they are always working on ways to update it. The only thing that since it is an older building minor things will go out but they are always willing and available to fix it. Everything in the apartments are neutral and fairly up to date so it’s easy to decorate. All of the tenants that live in my building are super friendly and through assumptions a lot of them are in their early to late 20s and go to college in Golden. Can’t say that I’ve ever seen any meth heads running around here. Everyone is very respectful of each other and super friendly. I love that there are hiking trails within walking distance such as Green Mountain. The rent is very reasonable for the location and apartment itself. I take the lightrail to work every day and it only takes me about 15 minutes to walk there. Any older building is going to have its flaws and I think all in all it’s totally worth living here. Just stay out of trouble, respect the office staff and your neighbors, be on time with your rent and if you have any issues report it immediately and they will be willing to help! Plus they have designated dog friendly buildings and dog-free buildings for those of you who aren’t fond of pups! I’m glad to say that this is the best apartment that I have ever lived in… and I can be hard to please ;).

The 3 reasons not to move here: 1) They towed my vehicle and it costed $ 300. 2) It is dangerous — people cooking meth, violence, yelling… 3) Constant harassment from the staff. This is not home. We moved out as fast as possible. Do not move there. You will be surrounded by negativity and treated like a 2nd class person under contract.
