He helped me sell my home, provided numerous tips, and arranged showings. This allowed me to sell my home at a price point that gave me a lot of flexibility as I looked for a new home.
I gave him a list of my requirements for the new home and he quickly put together a list of properties that met my requirements. As we looked he was very helpful in pointing out things to consider and in narrowing down the choices. Likewise, after settling on a new home, he helped with the walk through pointing out things that needed to be fixed. He provided a lot of hand holding which I appreciated since l had not sold and bought a home in many years.
The mortgage company he suggested was quickly able to provide an approval letter. The loan process went very smoothly.

Daniel was a very helpful agent! This was my first time buying my own place and I went into the market not really knowing too much about what I was doing. After doing a little research, I found that I wanted to go through the ‘Colorado First Time Homebuyers’ program and came across Daniels page. I sent him an email and that next morning he was responding and already trying to help and figure out what the best pick for me was. Within 24 hours he had a few places all lined up and was ready to set up times to do some showings. He was very flexible and was always willing to work with my schedule on when we could meet to look at these places. After a month or so of looking I finally found the perfect condo (credit to Daniel of course) set up a time to look at the place and fell in love! Daniel took into consideration everything that I was looking for in a place and was able to succeed in finding what matched my preferences and budget. After I went under contact, he still succeed to go above and beyond with helping me out in the process. Along side that, signing all the documents he needed was so easy since it could be electronically signed from his website. He would just send me an email explaining the documents and it was just one click away and the document was signed and sent straight to him — perfect idea for clients with busy schedules, like me!
Furthermore, Daniel was so helpful and genuinely caring about what was best for me and what I was looking for. Not to mention his recommendation of a lender through First Cal Mortgage Company, Bryan Johnson, who was also a huge help in my process! If you want to find an agent that goes beyond expectations, cares about your needs during the process, and also checks up how things are going after closing.
