We received a «cold call» from Erik in early January. We had three condo’s and three parking spots in downtown Denver that we were thinking of listing, but were still on the fence. Since we live in another state, we were leaning toward a real estate company that is located in the building of our condos. Because of Erik’s persistence, follow through and professionalism, it was an easy decision to go with Eric’s company. He was attentive, listened to our opinions and concerns, and did not try to talk us out of the listing price that we thought was fair. His assistant, Maggie was also available and on top of all the details. We closed all six of our deals within a 3 week period. Erik and his team did an outstanding job selling our house over the typically slow holiday season. They went above and beyond on every occasion. They covered our neighborhood, letting our neighbors know the house was available. They offered to walk our dog during showings if need be. They have a great photographer who took high definition photos to create an outstanding video tour which generated lots of interest. They helped prospective buyers who made an offer contingent on sale of their home market their house to help close our deal and they even came through with a last minute lender when another loan company failed to order an appraisal, and we still closed on time! they had great referrals for various services like cleaning, roof, and landscaping. Last but not least, Erik priced the house much more accurately than competing realtors. Outstanding service, good communication, well worth it.

Erik Gruenwald is the best there is. He sold our old homes and helped us purchase a new build, and he held our hands all the the way. He and his team, consisting of wife Janet and assistant Maggie, made sure we always felt confident during the processes, and all three became friends along the way.
