Great customer service and superior workmanship.
When my mom fell and broke her hip, the doctor informed me she’d need a walk in shower. Stepping over the tub was no longer going to be an option. So I needed to get her bathroom remodeled and Encore came to my rescue.
Once my mom was released from the hospital she would be doing physical therapy at another facility, but still my window of opportunity was small. I explained my situation to Encore and they were able to complete my project in a timely manner. We had already redone the bathroom about a year earlier, so all I needed was the tub taken out and a walk-in shower installed with handicap bars. Presto, it was done.
My project may have been small, but my success with Encore was huge.
