Correll Roofing installed our roof a few years ago. We’ve had issues with it leaking at least three times. The first leak, our guarantee was honored. We paid for the second repair. The last problem, we asked the company to come look at our new leak and it cost us $ 189 for a 15 minute visit with the information that our roof was not the problem. Still, the damage to the ceiling was above the place where Correll said the leak was happening. The owner said this was standard practice to charge for a repair, which never happened, saying Insurance and the pay for two people to come to investigate caused the high rate. We were never notified that it would cost us this much for a visit. Correll said no one has a problem with this and because it was classified as a «repair» that justified the cost. We still have a leak and no repair was done. If this suits you, then do business with this company, we will not.
