This one as some may know I wouldn’t do normally but since there was a food truck festival involving this & they had Asian pulled-pork tacos with lettuce & sriracha sauce I chose to go it & wound up liking her. Price was $ 7 but worth it though. If you’re in this region or you see it give her a try.

Good limeade. But the chicken in the chicken tacos was mushy and green, looked bad, smelled bad, and tasted bad. I had to spit it out. Don’t like leaving this kind of review, but that was foul :/Tried it at the Gloucester festival.

I ate the lamb Ethiopian tacos from here last year at the food truck festival in suffolk downs in Revere. Out of about 20 trucks there, this was my absolute favorite. Words cant describe the flavor! I hope they do the festival again

Stopped at the Happy Taco during Rockport’s Harvest Fest. I one of the freshest, best tasting tacos in a long time. I was hoping to try the fish, but they were sold out. The Saigon Pork was tremendous though.

The chicken used in the tacos? Awesome. Just awesome. The taco with chicken, cheese, and sour cream is my kid’s favorite but honestly, it’s tasty as heck for adults too. Pork’s good, fish is good, it’s pretty much all good. I even had a duck taco once. My advice is to find the facebook page so you know what days/places the truck is open, so you’re not dissapointed by no tacos when you want tacos.

I discovered The HappyTaco at the Gloucester Farmer’s Market recently. Last week, I tried the pork taco. The tortilla was delicious: soft and thick. The pork was nicely charred & cooked in a delicious sauce. My only complaint was that it wasn’t spicy enough for me. This week, I tried the chicken taco: same great tortilla, delicious chicken. This time, I asked for it to be spicy, and instead of the red sauce from a bottle, it had a very spicy taste from green chilis. Incredible! Last but also important is these tacos are works of art, so beautiful to look at before they disappear in a few bites. I’m hooked on these tacos. Can’t wait till next Thursday!

I stopped at the Happy Taco during the Food Truck Festival and I was pretty excited about. Bad news. They were out of duck tacos. I chose the chicken instead of the saigon pork or baja fish and the chicken pretty much melted in my mouth. Loved this truck, fantastic, fresh and flavorful!

I’m a huge taco fan, as you can probably tell by my other reviews. This place has a great pork taco. Pork tacos are the best. I like Pork Tacos. Pork. This place has small fish tacos. Fish tacos are awesome. I like Fish Tacos. Fish. They didn’t give me any hot sauce for the tacos or ask me if I wanted any. Hot Sauce…

I travel here a few times a year and it’s wonderful to finally see some of the food choices expanding with this food truck, and being able to eat some of the delicious fare that is commonplace here in Southern California but harder to find in New England. Fantastic fresh tacos, burritos and more, even choices for vegetarians or those avoiding gluten, and the prices are fair. I know they do some catering too and would be great to use for a special party, holiday, bar mitzvah etc. Hope they thrive and are still here in my next visit!

I was a «HAPPYTACOEATER» today. As a working Mom, I am always rushing about, trying to «fit in» everything while the kids are in school. Often times I resort to drive through food options, as they are quick. Today, I parked the car, and walked up to the Happy Taco. For the same price as drive through, I got a cooked to order burrito, made with fresh and healthy ingredients. I got a marinated chicken burrito. It was truly delicious. The HAPPYTACO is my new«GRABANDGOWITHOUTTHEGUILT» place to grab a quick bite on the go.

(I wanted to be first to review, but was having trouble adding a business, still not sure I know how to, he he.) OK, I stopped by with a family member last week on our way to go fishing. I knew I needed to eat and we were in a rush so I was thinking about what was on our way to the boat. I had read a few reviews of this business on a local message board and thought I would give it a try. I am all about supporting up and coming businesses in Gloucester. I ordered the fish burrito(I forget the name, maybe the«Gloucester fish burrito»?). I believe it was cod, onions, rice, beans and a few other things in a burrito shell wrapped very neatly in foil. The price was right(6.50’ish without a drink) and It satisfied me just fine for a mid day meal. The wait was a little longer than I expected as there was only two people ahead of me. 10 – 15 minute wait, not a terrible wait, but if business starts picking up there could be some lost revenue there. Im not really sure if it is cooked off site and put together in the trailer, or all prepared in the trailer. I am aware that«good food is not fast and fast food is not good». This is good food. I will be going back.
