I rate this experience as five stars… so grateful to have a premium theatre in our little community. We look forward to the re-​opening each season. Tiny, intimate, and every seat a good one makes for a fun evening. I didn’t try the small bar but many were walking to their seats with glasses of wine. Very nice staff. Even though a few of the plays were not of my liking the acting was always impressive. Cape Ann residents get a discount on the Thursday of opening of a new play. Parking is on the street or a few blocks away in lot on the street to Rocky Neck. Four-​star Duckworth’s restaurant nearby but call way in advance for reservations.

The GSC puts on shows with very strong acting in an intimate space. It’s a real blessing to the north shore theater community.
