Proficient Heating Cooling and Refrigeration

Horrible operation. Our heater went out suddenly mid-​winter. He immediately suggested a specific new heater (said it was more powerful and we told him we didn’t want a more powerful heater) without ever inquiring about our home size or what our heater needs were. We were in a bind and followed his «expertise». He then had his installer install an inappropriate heater for our home (way too large, 125,000btu’s for 2K sq/​ft home). Again, we told him we didn’t need bigger heater but they installed it anyways. Then, we had to convince him it was indeed inappropriate (his own installer said it was too big for our home), he had a second heater installed. I’m going to stop there, because it only gets worse. Bottom line, do not use this company!
