Quality Inn

Stayed here for the weekend and loved the room and the service. Very clean and super comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I ever had, lots of options and great coffee. I would only stay here when visiting globe. I will definitely be back.

Second time staying here and I love it. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Globe. They are doing some remodeling so I bet the next time I stay here the rooms will be even nicer.
The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make me feel at home. The breakfast buffet is fantastic. The management were genuinely invested in my patronage.
The rooms are nicely decorated. The beds are super comfortable. Free Wi-​fi and cable. Microwave and mini fridge in each room as well as a safe.
Can’t say enough about them. Stay at the Quality Inn.

Had an excellent stay here, very clean and everything looked new in the room. The staff were great and the breakfast was very good too. I’ll defintely be staying here on my next trip.

I had a really good experience here. I didn’t get the $ 60 deal that Erin M. did, but I came during the «on» season in August. I was very pleased when checking in that Brandy at the front desk had paid attention to my request when booking online for a quiet room. My experience is that most front-​desk staff in hotels don’t read the comments or special requests, but Brandy was prepared for me with an upstairs (no overhead footsteps sounds) room on the end of the building, away from ice machines and stairs, so lightly trafficked. The pillows and bedding were nice, and I enjoyed having the fridge and microwave in the room. It was very clean; however, there were a few bugs (moth and some little red one) that I attributed to Globe being a hot desert town. I figure when the cleaning crew is in there with the door open, there’s probably literally no way to keep ALL of those bad boys out. Really nice place.

Having grown up in Globe, this is the first time I stayed in a hotel in town. I chose one of the higher-​quality options for two reasons: you never know with small towns, and even the nice ones are cheaper than anything you can find here in Phoenix.
For $ 60, I got a queen room for one night. As all Quality Inn’s do (I believe), the hotel had free WiFi in the room, a continental breakfast in the morning, coffee/​tea in the room, and a comfy bed. There is a drink vending machine, but for snacks they recommend going next door to the convenience store… kinda weird (and a little sketchy since it’s through the back parking lots and behind the dumpsters).
My only complaint is the customer service upon check in. I waited several minutes alone in the lobby (after ringing the bell) and when someone finally came out, I felt like I’d inconvenienced her. I was also early to check in, and she didn’t tell me until after the process was complete that my room might not even be clean yet. If that was a problem, she should have checked first, and I’m not sure why she wouldn’t be able to switch me into a room that was already clean. It was all just a bit awkward.
Everything else was average to great though, and if I ever need to spend another night in Globe it’ll probably be here.
