Yesterday, I ordered flowers from here. I placed the order at 1055am. I got an immediate e-​mail response to prove this. The website clearly states that orders placed prior to 1200 will be delivered same day. The flowers were not delivered and I received no calls from the flower shop. At 430pm, I called them as the flowers were not delivered. Nobody answered (called 3x), no answering machine was available to leave a message. I wrote them an e-​mail to cancel the order and the next day they write me back to give me store credit. Well, the event has passed now and the person who the flowers were going to won’t be back till the middle of the following week. I just wanted my money back as I am not going to use a company with poor customer service to deliver flowers ever again. Airida was very rude on the phone. She said that my form wasn’t completely filled out which it was but she never called to tell me, just didn’t deliver the flowers. This is the worst place I have ever done business with.

I always receive excellent designs in the arrangements I have ordered.
The pricing is great. The owner is very sweet and accommodating.
Just tell her what you have in mind and she seems to know exactly what you want. She is also very creative when you leave the whole thing to her.
I regularly order arrangements from this florist.
