I took my car in a second time, but this time to get body work done on my car. Aziz offers competitive pricing and other incentives. The work on the car was well done and done well before the estimated completion date. Aziz even gave me a ride home when I dropped it off.

I purchased an online $ 80 deal for an Exterior/​Interior detail for 3 hours.
The bad…
When I got there, the up selling began. I honestly wasn’t ready for it or in the mood, but I held my cool and kept saying no no no. The car is older, and all I want is the interior and exterior clean… I don’t need interior repair, seats, headlights, body repair, etc. To top it off, I get a response from the guy saying oh you don’t like your car much, do you?
I did not realize that this was not a car wash place, but a complete repair shop, so I would expect a bit of upsell on repair, but i wasn’t in the mood for a consistent pitch.
They did not wax or detail my exterior, because they said it’s impossible to complete this in 3 hours, which I was like fine, just wash the outside. I really wanted a good interior cleaning.
The good.
The interior was very clean and they did an excellent job on shampooing the rugs, carpets, and getting all of the dirt and grime out. for me it was worth the $ 80 for the service and I would actually brought my mom’s car there a week later for the same cleaning if it wasn’t for the pitch.
It had the smell of cleaning solution for a week, but it eventually came out.
The car wash cleaned the exterior and the wheels were shiny.
To me, the really good work was spoiled by bad sales pitch, which was annoying.
If someone is getting a groupon or living social deal, then they don’t want to pay extra money!
I got quite annoyed though when a week later I see my friend and unbeknownst to me he actually took his car to the same place for the same deal!.. the only difference is that he got his car waxed in the 3 hours and I didn’t.
My advice to them. You guys provide a great product, try not to up sell so much and try to be more consistent with customers.
Provide options, but don’t push them.

I got a Groupon for them and went there for an auto detail. They did a great job cleaning up my car and making it like new! AZ works on one principle — customer satisfaction… great guy, great organization.
While I was there, he gave me a quote for fixing the damage on my front bumper… and even gave me a discount on top… the price was fantastic and was much less than what any other body shop previously quoted to me. They did a stellar job with the body work too… would have cost over $ 900 elsewhere and complete part replacement… he did it for under $ 600, and made use of my existing bumper… didn’t have to go through insurance so that was a big relief!
Even gave me a ride home though I was out of the way for him… AZ is awesome!

So I just spent $ 4500 to get a lot of work done here.
1) Repair a big tear in my driver’s seat — this I give 5 stars — looks great.
2) Recondition my aluminum rims — the rims themselves I give a 5 they look great;
HOWEVER, I noticed a lug nut missing, and was told it broke when they were removing it.
QAR then tells me that I «can buy them easily, they come in a packs of 4 or 5»
Anyways after I took delivery it turns out there were TWO lug nuts missing,
so now I’m out $ 16 for the replacements from the dealer. Customer Service — 0 stars
3) Extensive rust repairs including two doors being replaced —
The finished product not counting the difficulties I had probably 4 stars,
but the details are why I will never bring another car here.
–Multiple delays — told several times my car would be ready in a couple days, by the end of the week, and even the final time we shook hands on it being ready for a Friday — picked it up the following Thursday while they were scrambling to finish putting it back together. Very, very annoying — just be honest with people and tell them when it will be done.
–So one of my headlights had to be removed for the work and when it was replaced
one of the three plastic mounting brackets was broken — they just put it back together
like nothing happened — and my headlight shakes while driving — very annoying —
when I confronted them about it — they first wanted to attempt some sort of ‘fix’ -
I told them no — the only way to correct the problem is to get a whole new headlight
assembly — which he finally was willing to do — but I’m not willing to let him touch my
car again — so I’ll take a pass and just warn anyone who reads this to pay very close
attention to what your car looks like before and after any work done here.
–The hood support bar was not returned to its clip and banging around in engine.
–Leftover parts were left in the driver’s door map pocket
–Used paint masking tape left inside the car.
–and of course the missing lug nuts mentioned above.
I wanted to give this place a better review, but I’m just too frustrated by the overall
experience — Nice guys, but poor scheduling and a lack of responsibility for their mistakes
equals a poor rating from me.

Today my car had to be detailed: interior and exterior. It took them quite a long time, but the car looked very good afterwards. Though not perfect. Probably because they were very busy.
The manager on site was very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Purchased the Groupon for both interior & exterior detailing and could not be happier with the results! I had to get the detailing done before a certain time and AZ – estimator/​front desk – was empathetic and squeezed in an appointment. I scheduled a drop off and when I got to QAR, I was immediately greeted by AZ and process went smoothly and quickly. The entire team worked with my schedule by accommodating me; they truly exemplify that customers come first. The quality of both customer service and actual detail came out to be excellent. A couple of friends and family complimented the quality of detai and made appointments immediately.

Can’t believe I’m giving 5 stars to an auto detail body shop but this place was excellent and deserved it. The front desk guy, «AZ» was fantastic at explaining what was needed and didn’t try to force or sell me anything not needed. He was extremely patient and enjoyable to work with. I bumped into the owner and he stopped before leaving and chatted with me. Very hospitable. Great job with my detail and highly recommended.

Wow– my car that was previously full of 4 years worth of kids crumbs and dirt looks brand new. QAR exceeded my expectations.
I purchased a groupon (something I typically don’t do) and when I brought my mini van in, was told it was going to be significantly more on top of the groupon, and I wasn’t happy. In fact I almost didn’t leave my car there. But they worked with me to make me happy and went above expected quality service. My car looks amazing and it was ready when promised. I almost don’t want to let my kids get back in it :)
The take away– bring your car here, you won’t regret it.

Just scheduled an appointment with AZ and I am looking forward to it! My coworker highly recommends this place, and so far, working with AZ over the phone to schedule my appointment, I am already pleased with the customer service. Just looking forward to the full detail and how my baby (cadillac ats) will look once it’s done! I will edit the review, post some photos, and be more thorough with the service once it’s done.

They did a really nice job on both our cars but if you are planning to go there I would not bother w/​groupon and just bring your car in to see what they will charge you. That way you can decide if the price is acceptable to you or not. I ended up paying several hundred dollars more than the groupon because one vehicle was a SUV and both needed «extra cleaning». So I don’t think the groupon saved us any money.

Made an appointment back in March to have my car (Infiniti G37xS) detailed (exterior and interior) on April 18^th. Setting the appointment was fine. Told them I had a groupon for it.
April 18^th rolls around and I get in at 10:30am. The guy at the front desk is pleasant and tells me to fill out a form… after that’s done… we check out the car. It is a bit dirty as it rained two days prior to taking my car in. We go around looking at the car and I tell him about certain things that I know need to be touched up and fixed such as some scratches on the car… He tells me that the exterior detail won’t get them out and they would need to wet sand it. I point out specific places that I know have to be wetsanded. He tells me they can fix the slight crack in my windshield… and they can fix the doors upholstery as there was a tiny hole in it due to the belt getting caught between the door… They can also fix some of the rock chips in the front and I point out the specific ones I know of on the hood. I also point out the rust forming on the edges of my trunk and he says he can touch it up… He tells me he’ll find the rest of the things when they wash the car. We go back inside and discuss the additional work that needs to be done which is around $ 400…I agree to it and he says he’ll call me when the car is ready for pick up.
I get a call around 3:30 thinking my car is ready for pick up but he calls to tell me that the passenger side also has a small hole and that since he is already working with the materials that he can do it there for the price that the drivers side cost. I agree since I rather just do everything all at once instead of having to take another trip.
I get a call around 4:40 saying my car is finally ready for pickup… I get there and am greeted pleasantly. We go out to the car and I look around. Some of the ‘dull’ scratches on my driver window weren’t even touched! I ask if they can try buffing it out and they try their best to. I’m in a bit of a rush since I told someone I’d meet them at 5:30 so I do a quick check around the car making sure everything looks fine and that I can’t see any apparent scratches (I should have honestly looked closer since I was paying for additional work but since I was in a rush I trusted their work and I didn’t see anything that jumped out at me that I could see since my car was quite sparkly and almost was mirror-​like)
Anyway, I pay and leave… In the morning. I take my car out and check for EVERYTHING that I couldn’t the day before… There were a couple of places on the car that weren’t touched up. One was on the front bumper… not sure if this was caused from my drive on the highway which is totally possible so no biggie.
Next was couple of scratches that I thought would have been wetsanded and touched up but weren’t I was a bit disappointed in this but I should have caught it the day before but they’re quite small that you’d have to be a less than a foot away to really see them. I have my own touchup paint from Infiniti so I touched it up myself. There was another scratch that I thought would have been taken care of but wasn’t…Finally, they completely missed touching up the trunk as I can still see the rust. I thought this would have been painted over but apparently not. The windshield crack was fixed. just a tiny hairline that is MUCH deeper that I wouldn’t expect them to be able to take out… the side doors are fixed and was fine.
As far as the exterior and interior detail. it was fine… they did wash my cloth mats? that had rock salt from the winter but when I got the mats back. one of them still had the white stuff crusted on them… My car looked great besides certain things. As you can see from the photos… it was hard to take photos of what I was trying to capture since my car was literally like a mirror. They did a great job with the buff/​wax/​polish and whatever else is part of their exterior detailing aside from what I’ve mentioned in this review.
Service was good but attention to detail was a bit off. Not sure if I would hand them the keys over without going over EVERYTHING I knew needed to be touched up. That’s my fault for not doing that and I should have done a more detailed overview of the car while I was there but I still expected everything to be taken care of as I was paying additional for services specific to that

AZ and the entire team were so helpful when I brought my car in to be fixed. They did an exceptional job and I will definitely be back for my future needs!

I have dropped of my car for an extensive reconditioning including some paint job. Very nice service and people. As far as painting of my bumpers, side mirrors, deep buff and polish and small leather seat restoration goes, I would give 4.5 stars.
But I do have problem with Deep Cleaning of the inside of my car and head light restoration. For the money I spent I was expecting a better job for the cleaning (the small details such as buttons, door handles, some parts of the steering wheel and carpet were not cleaned properly. The Head Lights were restore but look the same as before. I was told that they were hazed from the inside, why did they suggested restoring them? Interior side of windows windshield were not cleaned properly, there was still some smudges of wax on the exterior. For all these I give 2.5 stars.
Because of these mixed experiences my overall rating is 3.

I’ve just talked to ZA. He called me personally and invited to come over next week for the complementary detailing and headlight restoration. He ensured me that he will do the best his best to fulfill my expectations. Thank you AZ for your call and honesty. I’ll see you next week.

Took two of my vw’s here. They did a great job cleaning the exterior and interior would definitely recommend this place to others. Both cars look like they were brand-​new again exceptional work thank you AZ for all your help

QAR did a awesome job on detailing my old looking 2001 car. My wife bought the groupon for exterior and interior detail. I thought that my car wouldn’t look shiny again unless I get a new paint job. But after the work was done, I was amazed! My car looks brand new!!! I should’ve done a before and after photo but I really didn’t think that it would look so pretty again. The interior is so clean too and smells good.
Customer service was very good. The owner and AZ was very approachable. And of course, Baltazar, who made my car look so brand new. The drive and the wait was worth it. Highly recommended.

After getting a few estimates on my car, I brought my car to QAR. Immediately, my car and concerns were addressed, despite how busy this place seemed to be. KC acknowledged me and told me someone will be with me right away. AZ took a look at my car, had KC take a second look. He actually pointed out some things that needed fixing that I had overlooked. I felt they were extremely personable and were passionate about the work they do. My car looks fantastic! I am very pleased with the outcome.

My girlfriend took her car here after purchasing the Groupon for the complete detail. Az recommended a few services that he thought might benefit the car on top of the detailing after inspecting the car. We agreed that the wet-​sand and polish would be a good call because there were a few large scratches and other paint issues.
It took about 4 hours to get the car back as that was a large job. It looks brand new. It actually looks better than the day she bought it. The interior cleaning was very thorough and the exterior was great too. The swirls in the paint are gone, and the clay bar gave the paint a glass-​like finish. The paint hasn’t gotten wet at this point, but the wax appears to be high quality with nothing leftover on the trim.
Overall, the staff was very friendly, and the work is high quality. I definitely recommend having the wet-​sand and polish done if you have any swirls in your paint, or anything like that.

QAR got my sorry looking 1998 Honda Accord looking close to brand new again! They’re magicians! You need to go on their website to view «before» and «after» pictures… unbelievable!
The dirt on my cloth seats from children’s shoes, food spills, and dog transport was cleaned without a trace. The floors, floor mats, and trunk were all cleaned to brand new! It was a thorough detailing, completed on time, and at a great price.
NOTE: If you want to give a practical gift to your significant other, try a detailing at QAR. This was the BEST Mother’s Day present I ever received!

I’m sorry to say I’m very disappointed with this company after reading the other reviews. I went in initially to get a detail for my vehicle, and of course they had some suggestions of other items they could fix. That’s all fine, I expect that and I did want to fix a couple of other minor rock hits and such.
Problem 1 — The price I was told was wildly different than what I was handed a bill for. It even include services I did not agree to. They then charged me a shop supply fee which I was unaware of. My guess is that they cater to high end clientele who do not care about price.
Problem 2 — The touch up paint did not match my car color and it was applied very sloppily. So now my car looks like it has leopard spots.
Needless to say I’m not happy with the place and I am now going to have to go to another location to get it fixed correctly.
The one positive note, the detail was better than average, but other places have done better jobs for a better price.

We brought in the nastiest, old, dirty, neglected car to QAR, and they gave us back a brand new car. The carpets, seats, windows, and nooks and crannies were spotless. We paid more for the engine cleaning which may or may not help the car run better, but it is a thrill to lift the hood and see that beautiful engine!
The QAR team was friendly and professional and the showroom is welcoming.
Highly recommended.
