Living in the city, there are so many options to choose from when searching for any type of heating and air conditioning service and you never know what you’re going to get. I found Loud Brothers through Facebook and I’m glad I did! When I called I was able to speak directly to one of the owners (family owned), which alleviated my concerns that they wouldn’t stand behind their work.
My furnace is about 15 years old and I’m sure the previous owners did not get it serviced. Loud Bros was able to schedule a service visit within a week, but made sure I didn’t have an emergency that needed immediate attention. The service technician was on time, polite and able to answer all my questions. I will use them again if needed.
