Terrific, honest guys. Brian and his crew do great affordable work in an extremely timely manner. He takes the time to go over exactly what he does for your bike and understands the passion that comes from riding! I just wish they were closer to the city but I am happy to drive to get good service. I have an ’03 CBR600RR and Brian’s work has it running like new. To anyone who is considering finding a long-​term mechanic, FAUBS is the place to go.

one star – Willing to change the tire on my scooter (Honda Passport 17 inch tires) and went above and beyond to get my scooter to their shop.
one star – I bought a tube online and it was punctured. They used their warranty for replacement
two stars-​Brian actually came to my house after having it in the shop and having an issue with shifting on the drive home. He took another look at it (took it all apart and adjusted some things) and determined it was most likely a transmission issue.
Only reason it is not a five star review was because I was informed once it was done that it would be $ 50 to transport it back to where it was picked up. Wish this would have been discussed from the very beginning.
Brian definately stands behind his work. Anyone willing to drive out to someone’s house after hours to look at a problem that could have been due to the work they did is obviously very committed. Definately above and beyond customer service. Would recommend them.
