Wish I could give 0 stars — what a joke! We were literally about to order coffee at the drive through before our drive back to the city at 9:30 pm when they turned out the drive through lights. Seriously? The store hours say open until 10. Totally unacceptable.

Wow! This Place. I really hope the owner or management do something about their staff. I have been to this location numerous times and always later in the day. Each time the kids behind the counter are always cussing to each other and I saw them to the customers which was insane! My most recent time I was in there an older couple was in front of me and the young man behind the counter was berating the older couple saying«Shut up, you’ll get it when you get it!» The older couple was just in shock and it didn’t stop there. Once I got up to the counter I told his co-worker that his fellow employee should not be working around customers and he said«I know, he f***ing crazy, I wish I could have you talk to my manager» The dude was just dropping F bombs like it was norma while it echoed throughout the establishmentl. Each time I go in there, they are underprepared, unprofessional, rude and completely disrespectful while yelling back and forth at each other. If a manager or owner reads this feel free to reach out to me and I will be more than happy to discuss these experiences further. For the future of your business you should take note of the laughable way your franchise is being ran. It’s a true shame.

This is my go-to DD. Always friendly. Always clean. Always fast! There’s plenty of updated and current flavors of ice cream on the BR side of things. Plenty of tables to work on. Plenty of parking. The drive trough is pretty legit too.

Extremely slow service and someone usually always get my small orders incorrect. I only go bc it’s right by my house so it is super convenient to go to before work.

First time at their, «new» location The coffee tasted great. My gf said the smoothie she got was good too, it just took a little bit longer than it should to make. I’m not sure how long they’ve been at this spot, but it is a much higher traffic area, and should be great competition to the Starbucks across the street. l’ll be back.

Normally I love DD coffee but at this location their coffee is beyond bitter. They also can’t seem to get a simple order right, save your money and go somewhere else.

A DD/BR will not come up when doing a search for just a DD. I mistakenly added this business as being ‘new’ when it obviously is not bc I searched for a DD. This place is so much better than the one it replaced. It’s brand new and is teamed up with Baskin-Robbins. It has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating but parking could be a little tight. It has a drive-thru that’s a little tight to maneuver but it has one which the other store didn’t. I’m a DD coffee guy but not a doughnut guy so 4 stars for the coffee, can’t rate the doughnuts and the bagels are pretty good. When I must indulge in breakfast I do like the Turkey Sausage Flatbread and the Big N’ Toasted.

I agree with another reviewer about the ladies behind the counter making customers feel like they are the subject of an inquisition. On the occasion I went, it was myself and family going out for some ice cream. Everything seemed fine until they overcharged us for a banana split. The price posted on the menu board was $ 5.69, but it rang up at $ 5.99. When I told the employee, she began by telling me that the menu does not determine the price; the register does and the register said $ 5.99, so that was the correct price. My wife, who was with me, is not being someone to be bowled over so easily. She insisted that the menu is what we, the customers should be expected to pay.(sounds reasonable to me)…the employee disagreed. Bottom line was that, after 2 minutes of bickering over the principle of fair commerce, the employee gave in, marched to the register and handed us 30 cents. no apologies or thank yous.(we didn’t bother asking for the tax on top of it). The oy reason for the 3 stars is that the ice cream was good. We would have gone back there many times this summer, but this little overcharging incident and the way they handled it was enough to renew our interest in Oberweis down the street for our next icecream outing.

I have been in this store dozens of times, but I’ve never used the drive-through. I find the service to always be extremely efficient and friendly. They even know what I want before I tell them. I highly recommend it. They even have a balloon artist for families on the weekend. Good coffee, good price, good service.

Food and drinks are good. But it always feels like I’m facing the inquisition when I order from the ladies of the store.

I have been to this location a number of times. This morning they got the coffee order for the guy in front of me wrong and then my order wrong. every time I’m in here they screw up someone’s order. They need to stop and listen to their customers.

Avoid this location– go to the one at Harlem and Lake Ave. instead if you can. We tried to drive through for a ½ dozen Munchkins and a ½ dozen donuts on a Sunday morning– simple enough. The cashier was confused(?), said they only had cinnamon Munchkins, and kept talking to other employees while the microphone was on. After some confusion, we just canceled and decided to come inside. There were at least 8 employees working but no more than 3 of them were actually doing anything. There were about ten people waiting; the staff seemed to be completely out of touch with the customers. Plus, the store was literally almost out of donuts(before 11 on a Sunday morning). Finally, when we got to the front of the line, we tried our order again, but every time we ordered a donut, another employee would take it and put it in a giant order of about 4 dozen donuts. So, we’d order 3 chocolate, and while our cashier was trying to figure out whether to put them in a bag or a box(such a tough decision, right?), the other guy would swoop in and take them. It got to the point where we were barely able to leave with 2 donuts– but of course by then they’d charged us for ½ dozen donuts and had to have 3 employees figure out how to refund our money and only charge us for 2. «You don’t want any coffee?» the manager kept asking. «No coffee?» As we left, we noticed the seating area was full of crumbs and debris(and stuffed animals, oddly). We’re going to try to avoid this location from now on.

Hesitated to write this review but wanted to share our unfortunate experience. My husband and I recently visited this Dunkin Donuts location. It was a Saturday morning and we ordered through the drive through. 1 decaf.1 sausage and egg fold… and 1plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. When we picked up our food, the coffee cup wasn’t mark decaf. I inquired as to whether my coffee was decaf(health reasons not able to drink regular coffee) or not .The cashier wasn’t sure so he made a new one. My husbands bagel wasn’t toasted and the manager(Bill) became very frustrated and abrasive and asked us to pull forward while they corrected our order. While we waited, my husband took a bite of the sausage egg fold that was over microwaved and hard as a rock. We decided to go inside and get a refund and just chalk it up to just bad timing for Dunkin Donuts… We visit many other locations while we travel and throughout our work week and love their coffee, donuts, muffins, etc… Plus have 3 kids… We understand that sometimes businesses get busy or new employees are being trained. We weren’t upset but simply wanted a refund. What occurred next was a horrible experience. We spoke with the manager«Bill» and requested a refund. He replied in a loud, angry, abrasive tone .” I just don’t understand the hell. you returned 3 things !!!”. We were shocked and didn’t know how to reply. I began to try and reason with the manager but he continued to be belligerent and hostile. He was very confrontational and unprofessional in front of customers, which included children. We related that we were going to contact corporate offices and then he finally stopped yelling at us and returned our money. We later contacted the owner of this location. We left a message at their corporate office and with no return call for a couple of days. We called again and 2 days later we received a call from one of the owners who seemed concerned. We visited the store again a couple of weeks later only to have additional issues with food quality and customer service. This is a new location and has such great potential… If only management would take care of things that matter to customer! If you are in the area .go to the other Glenview locations for top notch customer service and quality food! UPDATE 10⁄2014 Had a taste for coffee while put this morning… Thought I would visit our local Dunkin Donut and give it a try .Went through the drive-thru .I placed order for coffee and felt confident this would be easy :) made wrong and not hot :(parked and ran in to have remade. The cashier Falgund was rolling her eyes at me while the apologetic manager Chetan remade my coffee. cashier was asking«why I was looking at her… not my fault» .still have faith that this store is on its way to being a great DD !! I’m not sure what’s happened to customer service these days and why cashiers are unprofessional these days. I have worked in retail and were always trained to respect customers and never argue with a customer. This manager gets A+ for his great customer service and Falgund gets D– :(

Oh dear, oh dear. Dunkin’ Donuts has apparently changed their apple fritter recipe from the standard version to a large glazed doughnut filled with that treacly, gelatinous, disgusting«apple» filling. So basically this is an oversized version of their apple filled doughnut, only with a glazed exterior rather than powdered sugar. No Thank You. I have verified this change at another Dunkin’ location; it appears to be brand-wide. Terrible, just terrible. On the upside, I still like the bagels here better than that other chain across the street, AND this drive-through line is still laughably slow compared to simply parking one’s car and walking into the store. What a bunch of chumps. Keep those engines running, America.

The Dunkin donuts on Waukegan in glenview is a scam. I went into their store at about 8:30, an hour and a half before they closed for one donut. Right before we were leaving the manager told us that if we wanted free donuts we could have them because they were just getting thrown out soon. I jokingly asked, even 10 dozen if we wanted and he said yes. So I ended up with about 4 dozen and some muffins and munchkins. As I am leaving the store he says wait, I have to charge a little something. He ended up charging me $ 22, which at that point I couldn’t say, no deal put the donuts back because it’s donuts… they were already all packaged. It was a complete scam. I ended up having to pay for my «free» donuts, which won’t even last past today. Complete rip off. Don’t EVER believe the«free» donut speech from them when they are close to closing.

It’s a Dunkin Donuts, what else can you say? I get coffee here a few times per week. The vanilla hazelnut coffee is addictive. But prices are getting a little ridiculous. And lines get really long at times. But the employees are always friendly. I’ll be back.

Wide selection of donuts(and usually bagels and muffins, but my tunnel vision just honed in on the blueberry cake and boston cream donuts…). A donut is almost $ 1 now! I guess they gotta make their money. I stopped in around 8:30am. There were a couple other customers in and out, but the floor was being mopped. Ummm… what? It’s slippery enough outside! I don’t want to bruise my bum inside a Dunkin’ Donuts. And I’m pretty sure this DD is open every morning at 5 am. Why don’t you mop then? … Did I just Unilocal a DD?
