Able Locksmith

Stay away!!! I locked myself out on a Saturday and I called them as I took an Über to work. The guy I booked the appointment with was nice and quoted me $ 54 just to come out with the understanding that it could be more based on how complicated the job was and that would be at the discretion of the locksmith. That sounded reasonable so I agreed and the appointment was set for 6p. At 5:00 that evening I started getting calls from the locksmith every 4 minutes apart. I guess he was calling to confirm??? I called him back when I got my break at work. He was rude and proceeded to tell me that it would be $ 150 at minimum to come out. What? I told him about the conversation that I had with the guy this morning and he again told me that it would be at least $ 150 and that he wouldn’t come out for the $ 54 minimum and wished me good luck getting into my place. I called the office and got a nice lady that told me that it was at the discretion of the tech but after I told her that he wasn’t even there yet she said that wasn’t how they do business and that she would call the tech. In the meantime, I found another outfit to come and take care of my situation, which they did.
At 6:30 I get a call from the tech telling me that he was at my place and asked if I was close. I told him that I got someone else since I was under the impression that he was not coming. He said «F*$k you you motherf*@&er.» I hung up and called the office and got a guy claiming to be the manager and he told me that his guy never said that and accused me of saying that to him. I just hung up. After that I was harassed by several «unknown» call that night.
I called the place during the daytime in hopes of getting someone else but I again got the same guy who was rude on Saturday so I hung up.
Long story short… keep looking.
