i came here because it looks nice and the manager sounded nice on the phone, I gave her a check for a backround check and kept calling her back for an update and she kept saying there was no news yet and that management hadnt got back to her, eventually she just didnt answer her phone anymore. i had explained, a day before to her, that i was living in my car with my one year old daughter and had an urgency to move in asap. i had everything she asked for and i had all the money she asked for. if she didnt want me there all she had to do was say so :(
Also let me say that everyone who is saying you wouldn’t rent to a woman living in her car, you don’t know what happened so stop sending me «compliments «talking crap for my bad review. Regardless my situation is none of your business and what Linda did was discrimination! also she used my free credit score to check my credit and charged for background check. Thank god she didn’t rent to me because I would not want to live with a bunch of snooty people.

Very safe. Live here for many yrs. Management always willing to help. Very fair to everyone. Holidays Decorations cheer the spirit when coming home.

Management and their family feel no responsibility to following their own rules or the law that they expect the rest of the tenants to adhere by. Be very wary at Christmas time, they tend to overdecorate, badly.
Favoritism given to a select few tenants.

Very poor customer service, I called for a rate estimate and they literally just hung up on me.
