Great food. Always fresh, there is always a funny jokester when I go in! It’s a great experience and makes the food that much better. Which there prices where better but hey you pay top dollar for top quality food.

We love Jersey Mikes, but my one star rating is for the service at this particular location. The first and last time that I went there, the boy(he needed to grow up) who waited on me seemed very grouchy and snapped at me. He didn’t talk, he mumbled so when I said, «excuse me, please, I couldn’t hear you», he snapped back loudly and angrily so that even the other worker who was there gave him a surprised look. After that, some one else took over and Oscar the Grouch went to the back and still had a hatchet face. That guy needs a personality make over if he’s going to work with the public, or stay in his mother’s basement. It’s not my fault that he has to work for a living. J. M’s is too good to be hiring these kind of idiotic, disrespectful, freaks! This place is not as friendly as any of the other J. M’s that we’ve been to… management…AREYOULISTENING!!!

Went here tonight and ordered the Club Sub that had a variety of meats. They included Turkey, Cheese, Bacon, etc. … The sandwich itself was okay. What I mean is, it isn’t something I will remember and have to go back to order again. The bread they use was something I enjoyed the most(white). The meat, well, they place a hunk of somewhat marinated, jellied Turkey on a slicer and slice it less than paper thin. That in my opinion ruins the sandwich. People would more than likely enjoy(including myself) thicker slices of meat and cheese, therefore making a sandwich that makes you feel like you are biting into something. I personally enjoy a bit of mayo and mustard and not Mikey’s way. The herbs they sprinkle can occasionally be too much too handle. Service here was good. The place was not busy however. I don’t know what it would be like with more people inside. Personally, I probably will not be back. Meat way too thin, cheese way too thin and they pack the lettuce on. Bread was the only good thing.

So this is my second time at a Jersey Mike’s location in the last month that just sucked. I stood at the register while two of the employees leaning on the glass and counter talked about their nights from the previous night. I said excuse me to get their attention as they didn’t already care. I ordered online and was just trying to get my sandwich and make it back to work on time. He didn’t check my card and without looking kind of tossed the back in my general direction saying«have a good one.» This kind of customer service alone I would take time out of my schedule to warn the public considering this location. BUT it doesn’t end here. I get my order back. I paid for extra meat on my sandwich as I only ordered a mini. I stated in the order extra bacon, extra oil, vinegar, and oregano. Half of my sandwich didn’t even have bacon and it looks like they used it as a hockey puck when I unwrapped it. So I call they number giving them a chance to earn my business again. First they answer and there was chuckling and then the line cut off. So I call again. Talk to an employee who after a couple of minutes transfers me to the«manager» probably just a shift leader as he sounded SUPER unprofessional. He said«I actually made your sandwich myself so I KNOWWW how it was made.» I responded very politely saying: «great then you’ll understand that instead of a sandwich I received a salad.» He denied everything and spoke very unprofessional with a lot of «uh» and«um’s» in between words. Definitely will be doing everything I can to warn people about the service here. VERY disappointing. Do not go here unless you want to waste money and be made to feel like you don’t know what your talking about when it’s right in front of you.

I like Jersey Mike’s sandwiches. They have good bread and fresh ingredients. When this place first opened we would get coupons for a free giant 14 inch sandwich with the purchase of another giant of equal or lesser value. It was worth it considering that after taxes a giant will set you back somewhere between 13 and 15 dollars. With the coupon you could get 28 inches of sandwich for 15 dollars. Now that the store has been there a while we no longer get those coupons. They do give out some coupons but not for very good deals. For me… based off of the price, I only come here maybe 3 or 4 times a year. The service is ok but the sandwiches are too pricey to eat here any more than that. If you are willing to put out the money, then I would say this is a solid choice for a pretty good sandwich.

Horrible service!!! How are you going to argue with a customer about if a sandwich is considered«Mikes way» or not… i told her i wanted it mikes way but with no vinegar and i was told off by 3 employes about how i need to order my sandwich and how wrong i am and how no one will ever make my sandwitch right if i order like that again! Ive never been so humiliated.

I’m a big fan of Mike’s, it’s leaps and bounds above the other sub spots. Things get even sweeter when you receive emailed(or mailed) coupons. Their meats are freshly sliced, and their bread looks to be freshly baked as well. All these fresh ingredients combine their super deliciousness to bring your taste buds happiness like you won’t find in too many sandwich joints.

Went in this morning and it was great, good subs and great customer service. The meat is fresh and cut in front of you, this location is awesome and they make them good.

The employees need to learn to listen. 3rd time in a row they couldn’t figure out that oil is not fucking vinegar. How hard is it realistically to do the one job you get paid to do. Take an order and get it ducking right. Will never go here again for lack of employee listening skills.

4 stars for the bread. It was heavenly – soft and tasty. I can’t say the same about the inside of it. I ordered the #20, Grilled Reuben. I like hot sandwiches frankly and what can I say? It didn’t have any taste, aside from the Thousand Island dressing. The sauerkraut was not that much – I barely tasted it. I have to ask the hubby what a Reuben tastes like – naturally bland maybe? I came here with the free sandwich offer so I am not complaining at all. Thanks Jersey Mike, but maybe have some sort of flavor to the meat itself next time?

I love their subs in the tubs but I will say that I also do love the freshness of their breads and all their ingredients put together. My favorite sub in a tub would be their #2 which is the jersey shore favorite consisting of provolone cheese, ham and cappacuolo Mike’s way. I am so surprised as how well put together the sub in the tub looks and how filling it is. As for sandwiches I enjoy their big Kahuna cheese steak one with lots of extra cheese, grilled onions and peppers with a nice kick coming from their jalapenos. The staff at this location will have a nice convo with you while making your meal. The place is clean and located by the Cake Mama’s so you could have a nice dessert on the way out. +prices are a bit too high for what a sandwich is but the ingredients at Jersey Mike’s are all pretty fresh and delicious so in my opinion, it is worth it +sign up for their rewards and email notifications for deals and free stuff

They have got good roast beef, but i’ve never got close to 13 dollars worth of meat on their $ 13 giant sub. They are VERY tight with the meat. Maybe because they have to make the roast beef, I don’t know. I’ve been to about 20 different Jersey Mike’s and this one is the stingiest. And that’s too bad since I live close by, I would eat there ever other day if it wasn’t such a ripoff. I don’t think they want return customer’s. They are happiest when the place is empty.

Just had the chicken Philly cheese and it was delicious. :) They could have a better variety of chips to go with the different type of sandwiches. The line is disorganized. And the seating needs to be rearranged. But the food was great. :)

When ever I stop by this place to pick up lunch I always wonder why there isn’t a busier crowd. The employees are always very welcoming and fast when it comes to building my sandwich. This particular location is very clean and has great parking! Jersey Mikes is such a reliable place for a great tasting sandwich. I’m partial to the Original Italian with everything. The flavors are fresh and just satisfies my sandwich cravings.

I love the food… A lot. I come here often and spend more money than I should be spending on a sandwich… But I don’t mind cause it’s delish! But seriously, management… You have got to hire a different demographic of employees. After today you’ve lost my $ 8 three time a week habit… That’s $ 24 a week… That’s $ 1,248 a year that I will be spending at the san dimas location. I CANNOT stand the pure unadulterated attitude from your staff. I can’t. I did grin and bare it, but today was the straw that broke the camels back. I’m a young professional myself, and you will LOSE every single patron willing to spend money in your establishment because of your 19 year old, Mexican soap opera styled attitude brats you’ve got working behind the counter. Why would you spend money investing in a franchise to hire such poor, ill mannered employees??? I don’t get it. Good luck, hopefully you’ll make it.

Meh. I really do like Jersey Mikes, but something is different about this location. The La Verne one is great, the new one by Costco in San Dimas is great, but this one is off. I can’t quite place my finger on it, but the staff does not seem as friendly or similar to the other locations, I think it’s a management issue. I know it is a franchise but I’m pretty sure a significant amount of training is needed before becoming an owner and therefore they should all be on a similar page. I think that for almost $ 13 for the tuna sub, it should have a decent amount of tuna on it. They even try to suggest that it’ll cost extra for a tiny bit more tuna to fill in all the gaps on the bread that they missed.

Went about 20 mins ago and asked for two #9’s which is suppose to include bacon, but the ran outta bacon. First of all… HOWDOYOURUNOUTOFANITEMTHATYOURRESTAURANTUSESTOMAKEOTHERITEMS??? Secondly, I asked for them«mike’s way» which is suppose to include mayo and other condiments. But when biting into the sandwich, they were not«mike’s way.» The two females that were working their probably didn’t even wanna be there… very disappointing because this is my «go to» sub place. Because of these two females incompetence and the managers ability to not keep menu items stocked, I will be going to the Jersey Mike’s location opening in San Dimas.

Happily, I am giving this location an upgrade to 4 stars. It really seems like they have better trained people working there now. Love the sammies, they are yummy
