Went in to Urgent Care b/c I am showing symptoms of bronchitis or bronchial pneumonia. I was also unfortunate enough to get Dr. Pang. After keeping me waiting for nearly an hour, she saw me for less than 5 minutes, hardly said a word other than I «could» have bronchitis, then sent me away with not a single prescription. Dr. Pang is easily the worst Doctor I’ve ever run across and I recommend you call ahead to make sure she’s not the one working on any given night you plan to see a doctor. She’s useless and makes me sad that she’s a USC grad. Avoid at all costs. P. S. Here several days later I still have all the same symptoms and feel no better. Hoping I can see a real doctor soon who will actually talk and provide meaningful help. PPS. My other experiences with Healthcare Partners and their other doctors have been fine so upping overall review to 3 stars. Just avoid Dr Pang if you can or don’t even bother going in.

I had a facial several days ago and I had some allergic reaction, so I had to visit a dermatologist. Since it was on Saturday most dermatologists’ offices were closed and I found Ms. Pang’s office was open so I went there. The receptionist was only acting«nice» when she directed you to the clinic and when she took money from you. Otherwise PLEASEEE leave her alone if you don’t want to get hurt. The doctor Ms. Pang, seemed not happy to see me even though I’d never met her before. She couldn’t tell the exact reason why I had the reaction, which I understood because there wasn’t any testing, but she then gave me prescriptions of some kind pills and cream and said the red dots on my face and neck might turn into brown dots, and they might stay there for several months or… Anyways, she was only with me less than 10 mins and didn’t really answer me any questions. After I paid, my mom wanted to ask some questions but the receptionist didn’t let us go in anymore. Then my mom asked for a copy of my diagnosis, and the receptionist said the doctor would not finish the diagnosis until next Saturday. WOW, I really didn’t get how Ms. Pang could do more diagnosis after I left… Do some research on my symptoms and then write the diagnosis? Humm. In conclusion, AVOID her if you can, but if you can’t then wait for several years for her to gain some experience. It’s ridiculous.
