Divine Nails Spa

Went in today at 6:30 pm. The door was open and the hours said they were open until 7:00 pm. I asked for a mani pedi and went to pick. out my color, then a. lady said they couldn’t take me because they closed at 7 and it was already 6:30…ok does that mean you close at 6:30pm. I told them I would not be coming back, and I guess they thought that was ok… they were very rude and unhelpful.

I made appts for my daughters and I. We got manis and pedis. My daughter ended up with a crooked nail from her full set, but we said nothing as to not go through Angela Johnson’s «Beautiful Nail» comedy skit. But it looked bad.
My favorite gal is Connie. She’s great! Unfortunately she couldn’t work on me this time, so a gal by the name of Nancy did. Nasty attitude if you complain about anything. I went back 2 days later due to 4 nails had chipped! Really?! Crappy, cheap polish they use! But she was ready to put the fault on me.
I will return only to be served by Connie until I find another place I’m thrilled about. (I doubt such a place exists). Do they think that we don’t know they’re talking about us in their language? C’mon «Tammies»!!! SMH.

Love this place! I got a gift card for my birthday almost 2 years ago and I was so impressed that I haven’t been anywhere else since. The ladies are all very nice and they always do a great job.

Horrible. My mom and I went in here I must say it looks nice but the nails are cheap. We both got full sets done, it was my first time here, and they felt so weak and after a few days they were already lifting. My mom broke two nails picking up laundry and she only had them done two days prior. Picking up laundry shouldn’t break your nails. They were so thin. She went in to talk to them about it and they completely ignored her and made her pay to fix them. Needless to say we’re never going back.

I’ve been coming here for the last 2 years for my gel manicures. They have amazing color selection and I never have to ask for anyone in particular because they all do an amazing job :)

I came here for the first time the other day and it was perfect! The best part about getting my nails done is when the massage puts me to sleep and my nails look beautiful, thank you ladies!

I thought I would pamper myself today with a manicure/​pedicure. If I had known I was going to pay to have my nails cut unevenly, unevenly shaped, not get cleaned underneath, and polish all over my fingers… I would’ve stayed home to do it myself. This was the only place i would go for years, but I hadn’t been since management changed. Which is good I guess cause I’ll never waste my money here again.

I have been coming here forever and it’s because they are hands down the best in Glendora. I know there are lots to choose from and in situations where I was cutting short on time I’ve used em and the experience was never as good as Divine. A little tip: Sabrina is the best eyebrow waxer I’ve ever been to in my entire life.

Yesterday I took my daughter to have a pedicure. She’s been here once before, so I thought I’d check it out. The lady who helped us was sick. She said she had «allergies», but you know how that goes.
I paid for my daughter’s service ahead of time. I asked the lady if she was sick. (Because it was frickin obvious!) She said no it was allergies very defensively. My daughter was headed out of the country the next day, so I could not take any chances. I saw the sick woman getting ready to do her nails and had to intervene. I said I don’t mean to be rude, but my daughter gets sick easily. (She has a weak immune system due to her medical condition.) Before I could finish my sentence she cut me off and with a loud voice she said she was not going to be doing my daughter’s nails.
Although I was happy about this, I was not happy how I was treated. She started talking in her language. It seemed about me. It was uncomfortable, unfriendly and unfortunate. Trust me she was sneezing, wiping her nose with her hands, and had red eyes. I know what allergies are… I get them. Although my daughter was first and already paid… she had to wait for a bit to be serviced. The lady who ended up helping her was nice, but it was to late for me. I read another review stating that customer felt judged. I felt that same way right when I walked in??? I tipped good although we had a bad experience. I’m a good customer who wants good service. So I won’t be back. To much competition to put up with that type of attitude.

I love coming here for the gel manicures and awesome spa chairs when you get a pedicure. Everyone is very nice and friendly and the prices aren’t bad at all. Thank you lily for the amazing manicure today !

My second time here. This time with no appointment. I got right in. The girl doing my toes is very nice.

I’m only leaving one star so that I can review them. Just spent 45 minutes trying to get a manicure. The woman yelled at other workers over my head… filed my nails crookedly… and smudged my nail polish. Just awful. Don’t go here.

Very good service! I get gel nails and pedicure every time. I walk in and get seated right away. I do like to be in and out in 45 min. I ask them not to scrub my legs and no massage and they get me out really quick. ;)

Love this Salon. Always great service. Very gentle on my hands and nails. Always walking out with what I asked for. Never have to wait. Been coming to this salon for years and probably wont stop.

I used to go here all the time when I worked out that way. A friend of mine let me know that all my good nail girls had left my local nail salon in SM to work here I decided I must take the trek out there again. Went in a few weeks ago with my mom and was so happy!!! Best pedi around thank you girls!!!

I’ve been coming to Divine nail salon for months now my other nail spot closed. I followed my nail tech Cindy!!! She’s awesome and knows how I like my nails done without any questions asked! I recommend her very nice friendly and talkative! You will not be disappointed with your nail service with Cindy!!!

All the workers do is talk to eachother and laugh. I told them I wanted my full set thin and they didn’t listen so I had to repeat myself several times. I also feel very judged and not welcomed. So sad to feel this way.

Havent been here in a while. Decided to give it another try. Looks like they remodeled and under new management. Everything looks clean and really friendly technicians. Would come back!
