Had my eyebrows waxed for the first time in 3 years and they look SO good! I have difficult eyebrows — they are crooked and patchy and just not cute, but I was helped out by Karina (sp?) and she did a great job. She even introduced me to a new product to fill in my brows (kind of expensive but totally worth it). Admittedly, $ 23 for eyebrow waxing seemed a bit ridiculous to me, as I was used to spending around $ 8, but you get what you pay for. I will definitely be going back to see her, not gonna wait another 3 years this time though.

I have been to quite a few different brow salons including European Wax Center, Zoey Van Jones Brow Studio, and a lot of different threading and pop up wax places and find that waxing is always the better option. Kristine did a wonderful job on my eyebrows and was very precise about where she filled in my brows. She showed me where I would need to fill in my brows and gave me a solid shape to follow for the next few weeks.
I will say that it is a bit awkward when you walk in because there is no ‘front desk’ to wait on or someone to greet you so you’ll just have to wander around and look at beauty products while you wait. That’s typically not a problem for me.
Will definitely be going back here.

I never felt more disrespected and like I didn’t belong in a makeup store in my life!!! I normally shop at MAC and Sephora but a friend told me to check this place out… NEVER again at least not at this location. No one offered to help and I found an iPhone that I was walking to the front to return and a employee said «That’s mine» and snatched it out of my hand. Not what I expected and not even a thank you. I work as a manager in retail and would never let my employees act this way! Shows poor management skills.

Love this brow bar! I’m picky about my brows and I have literally walked out of a shop when I didn’t feel like they were going to do a good job (cough, European Wax Center, cough) but I know I can always trust Benefit Brow Bars. I used to frequent the one at Macy’s in Brea and they were also great, but I can honestly say that after my appointment yesterday with Kristine, my brows look better than they ever have. She was also very sweet and made having hot wax pulled off my face feel fun. I will be making monthly appointments with Kristine for as long as she works here!

I am so so happy after I get my eyebrows done. I feel that I have eyebrows compared to other places I have been. I want to give a shout out to Ashley!!! SHE IS AWSOME!!! I have gotten so many compliments and it’s all because of her.

Quickie review while I’m here: this place is great, and it’s the best brow wax I’ve had by far. Wendy really is that cool, she’s very friendly and she maps the brows amazingly well, especially since I’m a guy and I’ve been to places that don’t exactly catch the perfect blend of «groomed & guy». Yes, it’s more expensive than a nail spa wax, but it’s worth it (for me).
