Brought in my Mirrorless DSLR, the Sony A6000.
Started by filling out a workorder form — then I had the option to send it in or drop it off.
I dropped it off just to make sure everything was in order.
They fixed the water damage and replaced everything in about a week — this considering they had ordered new parts from out East.
So all in all, amazing experience. Price was right and the camera is working like new!!!

Made a quick search on Unilocal and saw they had great reviews so I went for it. My camera wasn’t working properly and needed a few parts replaced. Art originally had advised the camera would be ready in 9 days because the parts would need to be ordered. I received an email in a few days that my camera was ready. I was surprised how fast they worked on it! The communication through emails was thorough and professional. I would get a reply from Art right away. I felt my camera was in good hands! I would recommend this place all the way! You won’t be disappointed.

i requested a quote for my canon 5D which was not turning on. They emailed me back in less than an hour to give me an estimate. Since the estimate was for a reasonable amount i called and one of their technicians, Art, gave me an appointment to drop off my camera. After 4 days i received a call informing that the camera was fixed and ready to be picked up. I am happy with the results and their service.

I’ve used Video Cam Repair to fix different types of equipment, cameras, lenses, lights, gimbals. They have a reasonable estimate fee and they provide a great service. Some of the stuff I got fixed include a Tokina lens, Rokinon lens, Arri fresnel light and Canon lenses. I have many Canon products and I have to say their turnaround was faster than going to the Canon Repair Center and also the total cost a lower. Had a Canon 16−35mm f2.8, the old version, and they would not repair it at the Canon Repair Center because they don’t carry the parts for it anymore, which seems crazy to me. I got it fixed at Video Cam Repair with a fast turnaround and a reasonable cost. Definitely recommend.

I cannot tell you how amazing the Quality of the Repair Service that I received!
I had purchased a Sony a6000 with 3 Lens’s and only had it for 3 months when I fell off my friends boat into Salt Water in Florida!
Sony did not honor any kind of Warranty of Course but sent me to their Authorized camera repair center who then sent me on a roller coaster ride telling me it can be fixed, it can’t be fixed, etc.
They sent me the camera back and I was lost w/​out for a few weeks until I found Video Cam Repair!
They did an amazing Job and for a reasonable price.
My camera is very much a part of my personality and extension of my passion.
The Camera works just like new.
A++ Service. Would recommend to Anyone.

Long story short I had a water damage for my Sony cam corder and when I called I was greeted with a very nice and professional costumer service tech who guided and answered all my question. When I had dropped off my camcorder I had gotten the fastest estimate next day with a very reasonable price. The repair and estimate together took about 3 days which I was not expecting compare for the damage that was on it. Easy fast payment via online which made it very convenient. Highly recommend them! I have a Sony DCR-​TRV460 digital video camera recorder that hasn’t been working for a while (screen issues). I decided to do some research online and compare estimates for the repair. I happen to come across this shop’s website, which was very easy to navigate through. I got my estimate in less than an hour of requesting it and it was the lowest estimate from 5 other sites. I sent in my video recorder at my expense but the return shipping was covered by them (so convenient). I shipped it to them on a Monday morning and got it back, working as if it were brand new on the following Tuesday! 7 business days all-​in-​all, thats amazing service from the West Coast.
