I traded in an Iphone 5 for an Iphone 5C just before Christmas and the staff stated that they had a Christmas special which included several accessories for free including case, screen protector, and wireless headphones or Bluetooth speaker. I took the offer, my niece picked out the accessories and we left. My next TMobile bill showed I received half of the value they promised for the trade in and I was charged for ALL of the accessories.
Read all paperwork carefully and if the staff says anything about a special, ignore them completely. They will make you pay it all later, despite what they say in person.
It really sucks to be lied to and it sucks even more when you expect to get your monthly bill of $ 150 and it ends up being $ 298.00 with all the «free» items marked at full price. Try a different TMobile store instead. They may be the uncarrier, but, they are also definitely untruthful, at least at this new location.

I really try to refrain myself from ever leaving negative comments but man this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced ! I hope this is the right location I am leaving this review for. Not only was the representative not helpful he was so rude and then proceeded to check out his phone while i was asking him questions.
Thanks Elijah !!! For nothing!!! Get out of customer service if you don’t like helping people!
