Subway

The three ladies working there are working hard and with a smile. The place could be cleaner, but they managed to get an A.

I have now given this location 3 chances to get things right and have been disappointed each time.
In today’s case, I asked the woman if a «Subway Sunrise Melt» was still order-​able even though it wasn’t on the breakfast menu anymore. She enthusiastically said «Yes!» and proceeded to make me a sandwich which most definitely was not a Sunrise Melt. When I asked her about it, she said «Oh you wanted a melt?» What do you think I asked for?
Ended up being charged extra for Bacon and Avocado on the mystery sandwich she gave me.
On top of this, the bread wasn’t warmed all the way, meat was still cold, and their cookies are ALWAYS hard. Sorry, I go to Subway for their soft cookies too.

Employee attitude, don’t stand there in the back and chat with a co worker, customers are profit female with attitude is over head. Ordered hot sandwiches, burn was old and cold, meat was cold, only took 5 minutes to get home. Stock was very low, and place could of been cleaner on Tuesday evening at approx 6:00 pm. Oh well won’t be going back to this location there are others.

Just what you’d expect in a subway; young kids focusing more on talking to each other than helping a customer. Extra star because all 3 times I’ve been here, seems cleaner than the average subway

I’m sick of this Subway. I frequent this location because of its proximity to where I work but I will no longer turn here after today. I walked in at 11am today and there was one employee behind the counter working on a sandwich while there were two other people and myself in the line. Not until the sandwich maker was ringing up the first customer’s meal, did a second employee emerge from the back to assist with the growing line. This is common here. The employees are incredibly lazy and their customer service is worse. One girl seems perpetually surly — like she can’t even fathom how you’ve gathered the nerve to ask her to make a sandwich and the other employee — today — was silent as she always is. There are other employees and they all basically have the same attitude with the exception of one guy who will actually greet you and treat you like a human being. He’s cool.
The slow service and the rude employees, however, are not what made me finally write my first review. It was the lukewarm pile of garbage they made me and charged me $ 7.74 for. I went in and ordered a pastrami sandwich that straight up tastes like warmish, salty mush with a chilled center. I couldn’t even finish half. It’s disgusting.
I’m not going to continue. Basically, if you want to be kept waiting by young, rude employees — who make it seem like the world’s greatest imposition upon themselves when you order — and ultimately receive the grossest sandwich you’ll never be able to finish, then yeah, this is totally the place to check out.
Personally, I won’t be returning.

ehh. ive been to better subways… by the time i got home and opened my sandwhich. the entire thing fell apart –_–

they dont speak good english, i had to tell the lady which sauce was sweet onion sauce, and she forgot to charge me for avocado! I applied for all the subways they wont even call me for interview but they have thes people woring thier that cant speak english and dont even how how to do their job its gets on my nerves

Friendly staff and great sandwiches .I love the veggie delite, tuna and chicken sandwiches. Parking may be tight during lunch hours.

Today is my first time in this subway and it’s already my favorite! I got BLT and they are not greedy on their bacon and costumer service is awesome!

Very slow when you see 3 women here, they are slow like their trainees.

This Subway is very fast in their service. I always take my sandwiches to go. They work hard to get your order correct and get you in and out fast. I appreciate the fact that they respect my time. I also appreciate the fact that tend to have buy one get one coupons on a fairly regular basis. If you’re familiar with the chain you know where you’re getting. It is a healthy, and economical option.
The only downfall to this for Subway is the strip mall is very busy due to the other businesses and sometimes it’s difficult to find parking.

What’s up with no coffee machine broke 3 dollar combo sandwich only

Worst Subway sub I’ve ever had. The bread was so stale, it was crunchy! If I wanted crunchy bread, I ask for it toasted. The spinach was wilted and I found a chewy foreign object in my banana peppers. Ugh. Never again!

This Subway charges you fifty cents extra if you order a veggie delite combo. It’s a no meat penalty. Just say no.

Good clean.

I’ve been to 5 other Subways in the Glendale/​Burbank area & this one right here is earning the 4.5 stars that it justly deserves. I’ve seen this Subway packed & i’ve seen it slow. These guys are a well oiled machine. They’re quick. They seem to get everyone in & out at the same time no matter how busy or time of day. EVERY time I’ve been here, their product looks & tastes fresh. I’ve never sat & eaten here, but the tables & floors always looked clean.
Its a Subway, its not the Italian delis I know & love. I know exactly what I’m getting. They don’t have to smile, however it helps, they just have to get the order right & get me out quickly. If I’m getting any less, then their rating would reflect that.
Downside: tiny strip mall that shares with 5 other storefronts including a fast food Chinese joint & a 7 – 11. Parking could be a hassle.

If you’re that person buying sandwiches for your whole floor, either
A) Call it in and pick it up
OR
B) Let that one poor dude behind you go first.
and know that
EVERYONE will be looking at you and thinking either
A) There is a God and thank God I’m not that person
OR
B) FUCK YOU!

I visit this Subway for lunch every so often and it’s one of the better ones. The service is fast. I think it’s because they have a lot of people working during lunchtime so you move through the assembly line quickly.
My only complaint is parking. The private lot is really small considering there’s four stores in that center.

Okay, it’s a subway. A chain. How exciting can it be?
You know what you’re going to get.
However — this is the fastest Subway I’ve ever seen. They once made a sandwich so fast for me, I had a hard time telling them what not to add before they were going to add it. That fast.
