Ok this is the worst customer service and most unprofessional people you can imagine. There is this Arabic looking dude works night shift Sunday’s who was so incompetent and answered the phone like a like a miserable human. I went up there to get a sandwich and wanted change my order and he said no as he started making it because he didn’t want to waste the bread… can you believe this ??? What a lowlife cheap piece of garbage. I call the manager to report this third world service and she sounded scared and worse than him… Do not waste your money on this disgusting place and give your business

Sandwich artist Mayra seems like a friendly employee, but she was distracted by conversations with her co-​worker the entire time I was there. She waited for her co-​worker to finish her conversation before she even acknowledged that I was standing in the lobby just waiting for her. As she made my sandwich, there were several instances where she would add things I didn’t even ask for or neglect to add ingredients that I did ask for. I tried getting her attention to correct her mistake but she was still distracted by the other conversation. Pretty poor service.

Love love love this subway, they treated me with such kindness, one of the workers, Rene, was great. He not only was great with service but he was enthusiastic. The other coworker, I believe his name was Anthony, he was nice… Absolutely love this place.

Some of the employees are incredibly unprofessional. There have been really polite and professional workers, but the bad ones strongly outweigh them.

Worst Subway I’ve ever been to. They’ll talk to you as if your just some other person. The staff cuss at each other while one is making my salad. Instead of offering me more, She would ask «is that all?» after each veggie i got. Horrible Customer Service. Just go to Habit or Rubios if you want fresh food. Hell go to Panda.
Never go here unless you want bad customer service.

I have mixed feelings about this location because I’ve had good and bad experiences with this location. A couple of times I’ve been the only one there waiting while these two ladies just talk to each other even though they saw me come in.
But I’ve had a couple of good experiences with really good customer service and also fast service. I guess it depends on when you go and who working.

Went here for breakfast, I was the only customer and was ignored by the two employees doing «busy work». When someone finally came over to take my order, she was rude and had no idea how to work the computer. She overcharged me which I did not realize until later. I contacted the store and they never replied. I would have to be starving to go there again.
