There’s this guy here named Ritch. He’s such an angel. Really nice guy. Knows all his regulars, excellent customer service. The rest of the team was great too. First time at this location, not sure why such low reviews. Very clean, fair amount of seating.

I actually don’t like Starbucks all the time, but when I do I really like coming to this location. There’s one employee who has exceptional customer service skills– I think his name is Ritch. It can be hard to keep an upbeat attitude when dealing with lots of people who are grumpy and haven’t had their caffeine yet(probably the reason for most of the bad reviews), but he has always been so nice, sometimes he sings while he works, and he drew a face on my cup when I said I’d been having a bad day– it definitely cheered me up. Getting really good customer service in a corporate coffee shop is amazing. Dear Starbucks, this man deserves a raise!

Not so bad, doesn’t work till late, workers are fine, but no place to sit. Place is small but has a wifi also not so much parking place attached to the bank so u may need to walk around, sometimes there is a little line, bathrooms are fine.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, every time it’s the same two or three employees goofing off and ignoring customers. I’m a pretty lax person when it comes to this stuff cause I’ve worked at coffee houses for years but these guys are so rude. I couldn’t see the girls name tag but she has braces, this chick has made me want to stop going here. I’ve never written a review on here before either but I guess I’ve found the line of what customer service I’m willing to deal with.

Okay So I’m not one to write reviews But this has to be one of the SLOWEST Starbucks service I have ever been too. And I’m a RN I’ve have been too many. The staff is half asleep. They got all 3 orders wrong. Not a fun time. Drive a few min further. Don’t stop here

I’ve studied here multiple times and my experience is usually the same. Music is played a bit too loudly. Customers use large tables with outlets that don’t need to. Children being obnoxious. My most recent visit a homeless man came inside and was spouting nonsense and the barista threatened to call the cops. Very difficult to watch. Also, everyone knows the customer isn’t always right but keep that to yourself. I witnessed a barista discussing a not so fond interaction with a customer loudly with another coworker. I get that you’re going to have weird customers but gossiping about them in front of the entire store is unprofessional.

Staff is not managed very well, 2 customers walked out in my short time there. They were not addressed, they seemed understaffed for being next to a bank. Bathrooms were dirty, no napkins to be found, and when a customer attempted to address the issue in the men’s restroom the employee laughed about it instead of addressing it. Let’s just say it’s not my cup of coffee.

This place takes forever in making simple orders and it is not as busy as other locations that I have been to. Today, for example, it’s relatively slow with 4 people in line and 5 employees behind the counter but it took 15 min to get my order. It seems the employees were more busy enjoying each others company than trying to get customer orders out fast.

I just wanted to say Thank you to everyone that helped me tonight 12⁄21. I had a big order so we called in to place our order and when I went to pick up, the gentlemen was so friendly. As I was making adjustment to make sure none of my drinks would spill or tip over in my car, a young lady approached me and asked if she can help me. I asked if she was an employee, she was an employee there. Even though she was on her lunch break she stopped to help me take my drinks to my car. I appreciate her and her great customer service! I wish I could give 0 star the worst service ever. i had to wait for over 25 minutes to get a traveler size coffee and hot water and I got charged $ 7 for hot water which it should be free. When I asked for supervisor I found out that Nichole is in charge and my surprise she was very rude and unprofessional when I asked $ 7 is based on what. She very rudely replayed oh I charge for water and I charge $ 7 half of price of coffee. It is up to me store mgr to charge you or not wow that’s bad really bad. I’ll never go back to this location and I’ll try to report her behavior to corporate office. Oh btw the lids that she gave us was a wrong size it was a bigger size. The worst experience with Starbucks ever.

Quite frankly, not sure what has been up with this location, I don’t want to «blame» anyone in particular. However, we have ALL been to many Starbucks I am sure, and once in awhile you get the wrong drink or possibly a bad experience(all though they seem to be rare) However THIS starbucks, not only do have I walked in when there are 2 or 3 in line and 2 of the staff are chit chatting while the one person is taking care of the customer at the register… Also I have gotten the wrong drink more than one occasion… and once I was over charged(I believe that person was new so cannot really say anything. but there was an attitude by another employee regarding it(not the new person) Anyway… I hate to rag on anyone or Starbucks, but I keep going in because it’s close to my house, but every time I am like I am NOT going back to this one, but I will say MY very LAST time — about a week ago or a bit more, there were new faces(not sure if management changed or what) but there was a VERY nice guy behind the counter and was very in communication and the drink was perfect… so until I have a run of good experiences here I will leave the 2 stars but will change when they do :)

So sign on the door clearly states they close at 9pm. Doors are already locked at 856pm. Horrible customer service. I guess since its a Friday night the employees can’t wait to go out and party so they decide to close before their business hours

Worst Starbucks ever, they take at least 10 minutes on each customer. I’ve never been to a place where service was this slow and workers act as if they’d rather stay home and not be at work.

Omg the baristas are so annoying cause they’re super loud and it’s very busy and small since its adjacent to a Bank of America. This is not a good place to study or talk with someone cause you can barely hear yourself. Thumbs down

This Starbucks is so rude… One of the bristas gives attitude to you when you ask them a question. It was at 330pm. On March 31 he was a male and omg he seriously has an attitude problem… Don’t come to this starbucks… If u want good customer service… I think the bank has better customer service than here.
