This is not my regular spot, so the employees here don’t know me. Walked in, tried doing the mobile order, it didn’t work. Tried to simply reload the card, still wouldn’t allow me to. One of the employees, Rene, saw how frustrating it was, he offered to help every way possibly(even though he’s a barista, and not an IT specialist), and just provided the best customer service possible. Was greeted with smiling faces, and left with a smiling face, even with the frustrating situation. Thanks Rene! Great customer service!

I’ve been here a few times after work. The service was fast and on point. Staff are friendly. Only thing is that parking on Brand is terrible, especially during lunch hour. At times it’s just as bad in the evenings. $.75 per hour for parking.

Overall, a pretty good Starbucks location. The servers are always very friendly and happy to help with anything. There’s plenty of room here to sit and eat which, is a rarity so this is my favorite coffee place by far.

Nice and clean with friendly servers. It’s small for a Starbucks but squeezes in a good amount of tables inside and outside.

This is one of the better Starbucks coffee shops in the area. Most of the other local Starbucks’ have few tables and long lines with two or three employees. Everyone here greets you with a smile and will suggest great toppings for coffees and frappes and coffees.

This Starbucks is definitely a hit or miss with drinks and customer service. Its tinier in size so waiting for ur drink often involves crowding around someone’s table. Drinks can be inconsistent at times but it depends on the barista. The really bad things are how rude the staff and customers can be. Only recommend if this is the closest sbux to u.

Today not a good day to have coffee from here, it was darn cold and I told the cashier which went on explaining things but never apologized for giving me cold coffee.

It is a good Starbucks location with nice people working there, and I don’t know why people complaint about it

I come here several times a week. I live and work nearby. My coffee tasted and smelled sour. I went in to get a different drink and after I was given an attitude the lady finally changed it. A day later I got food poisoning. I won’t be back here.

This Starbucks is by far the rudest, as a previous partner I can tell you these partners don’t know how to represent Starbucks plus it smelled like cigarettes as soon as you entered.

So this was my second Starbucks stop of the day. Besides the parking fiasco which is the norm anytime you go to a store/restaurant on Brand Blvd the wait for so long. It’s a very small store. Only 3 or 4 tables inside and 2 outside. They did not carry a lot of edibles or Starbucks gear. We got our drinks but we’re disappointed that they didn’t taste the same. Definitely not coming back here anymore. If you want a Starbucks fix your best bet would be to go to Americana or the Galleria.

The workers are nice and efficient. The barista working today was a little serious but I think they normally are at every Starbucks I’ve been to. I tried something new because it was so hot out. I ordered a Trenta Peach Iced Green Tea Lemonade and it was delish! I’m going to make this my new summer treat.

Its a good coffee shop but the service needs work. The baristas also need to have a better attitude towards their customers.

Not sure whether Starbucks as a whole has just given up on quality or if there are just so many, the ones I most travel just happen to suck. The last Starbucks I reviewed had consistently slow service, and never seemed to have out more than one milk at a time, and often enough, it was empty. This latest one seems to have the service down, but whatever you do, don’t ask for«room.» I tend to think of room for milk means not filling it to the very top. Having ordered from numerous servers here, no matter who you ask, if you ask for room, you are going to get a good couple ounces missing from whatever size you order. My other issue again goes back to their milk options. All that is ever out in the morning is half and half. What happened to the days when Starbucks offered non-fat, 2%, whole, half & half, and on occasion a dairy free option? I’ll continue to go because it’s close and convenient, but damn do I wish I could get some nonfat milk.

This is the second-closest Starbucks to my work. I go here because it lets me get more steps in so I don’t collapse and die of heart failure from sitting in a chair all day. Anyway, this location is alright, I guess. It’s kind of cramped, so don’t count on sitting here with your laptop or a book. All the seats are usually full. It’s actually awkward when you get your drink because you’re right on top of the people sitting in chairs. I can’t help but be nosy and look at what they’re doing. I know, it’s wrong, but it’s Starbucks’ fault for putting the seating so close to the coffee pick up bar. Okay, it’s really my fault for being nosy.

Very small crappy store… been here a few times. Had bad service most of the time. One time the the ac. Went out and they still were open… it was so hot and muggy. Everyone was sweating… so sick. Very tiny store with bad service. Seen better stores.

Oh yeah, at Americana’s, right inside Barnes and Nobles bookstore on the second level. Gingerbread Latte was really good. Service is very slow with long line and one cashier. Duh!
