I literally went in for the easiest thing in the world. A clipper trim on my sides (I have a mohawk). I told her I want a hard edge and not only do I have this sloppy line but the rest of the hair is all patchy. And after she took it upon herself to texturize my hair (I should have stopped her) and asked me what I was charged last then charged me that. SO she charged me for what I got as a FULL haircut that was actually done neatly and cleanly and made it a sloppy mess that I have to now have FIXED. I would have gladly paid the I’m sure higher price because I really needed my hair done but now I’m just pissed and have to go pay someone else to fix it.
I should have kept driving onto Supercuts, but here I was wanting to support small business.

Ended up finally trying Silvana for color & let me tell you I was not disappointed. She gave me exactly what I had asked for! she bleached my hair and it’s as soft as ever. Now I can say I love her amazing hair cuts AND the way she colors hair! Won’t be disappointed!

Absolutely awful lady and awful service.
After convincing me that no one else could do my hair, despite there being other hairdressers in the shop and after constant bragging about what a fantastic hairstylist she was, I reluctantly agreed to get styled by Silvana and boy what a mistake that was.
She was careless and unprofessional, it got so bad that I actually had to ask her to stop mid way, that’s how bad it looked.
I hate that I have to walk around now with this terrible result of a haircut.
I wish I could rate lower than 1 star.
If you like rude service and sub par styling please go ahead, otherwise stay as far away as you can from this place.

I’m a type of girl that changes her hair almost 4 times a year. I’ve had red black and from blue black I decided to go full on blond. However, I knew that my hair was gonna get damaged. I came to this salon and silvana made the impossible possible. She made me go blond from blue black without using anything that will damage my hair «bleach». I was impressed. I had a full on blond hair without a single strand of hair being damaged. I couldn’t be any happier. I totally recommend Silvana. As soon as she looks at your hair she’ll tell u what’s possible and what’s not and that’s the reason why I will always go back to her :)

Silvana understands exactly what her customers need and executes her job quickly and precisely!
My daughter has very short hair but wanted smashing hair for her Senior Prom. We walked in and in no time Silvana got her the perfect style that complimented her dress and make my daughter feel beautiful and very confident on this memorable night!
I was so pleased I came back for a haircut of my own and I was not disappointed. She is very professional and personable. We’ll be coming back!

Just a great service! I been there today first time. I bleached my roots with Silvana. Honestly i am VERY demanding client and i had lots of bad experiences at salon with my hair. But Silvana made a great job ! she is professional and nice personality. My hair looks great now! I gonna be back there for sure ! Thank you Silvana jan :-)

Silvana really knows what she’s doing when it comes to blow drys. She is very thorough with your hair. Usually what I get in a blow dry is someone who’s getting tired with my big curly hair. But not Silvana, she’s one of the few that I trust and actually like. She’s sweet talkative and I’m always loving my hair.
My go to salon for a blow dry!

Simply put– I’ve been coming here since she first opened, I am EXTREMELY picky about my hair and about good quality, and she is the ONLY person I trust with my hair & my daughter’s hair! She’s fantastic! ;)

I have been to this salon several times.
The first several times I loved it. The owner was very attentive and cared a lot about the exact hair style I wanted… however these were all SLOW days.
My last experience was not enjoyable. It was busy, but I decided to wait because I knew the service would be great. When it came to my turn I told her what I wanted (the usual) and she proceeded to tell me what I SHOULD do. I kindly disregarded what she asked and told her I just wanted it a little shorter. Then she said she was gonna show me how short and buzzed off a some hair off the side of my head.
I was pretty upset! Hair doesn’t grow back that fast. So then she had to do the rest of my hair at some uncomfortable, gross length. Then she added this weird «stylish» line on the side of my head even though I did not want it.
When I went to pay she charged me $ 20 even though the sign said mens haircuts were $ 12. I was so unsatisfied at this point I just had to get the heck out of dodge.
I will never be returning here before. If you decide to brave an adventure I suggest you go when its slow and hope for the best.

Tonight is my last night to say I’m in my 30’s. LOL I wanted to take my wife somewhere to have her hair done before my big 40^th birthday bash. This place had no reviews but we decided to check it out anyways and oh my… am I glad we did. From the moment we stepped into Silvana’s Salon till the time we left it was a PERFECT experience. We were greeted by the owner with a warm loving energy that quickly set the mood. I felt like we had just entered a 5 star restaurant. We could just tell that my wife’s stylist really cared. She really wanted my wife to look and feel beautiful. And did she ever! She offered expert advice on hair color with her complexion, shaped her eyebrows to bring out her beauty and when all was said and done my wife was beaming! She looks GORGEOUS! I can’t wait to get her home! ;)

I don’t understand why others haven’t reviewed her salon yet. We’ve found our new place to go. Absolutely no interest in going anywhere else ever again. Check this place out. You’ll feel exactly what I mean when you walk through the door.
