Rooter Squad is beyond amazing! It was late in the day when we discovered the water heater wouldn’t light, and Sam came out that night — after 8pm — to assess our problem. Turns out we needed a new water heater. He was back and had the hot water running before the sun went down the next day. He also fixed the gas valve on my neighbor’s stove while he was here. He explained the problem and options for replacement vs. repair very clearly and honestly so that even the I could understand. Rooter Squad is responsive, prompt and super honest. I’ll never call another plumber again.

Thank you Sam! I had to call him at 8pm with a flooded kitchen and a 2 ½ yr old trying to figure out which shoes would make the highest splash. He is a life saver. An hour later our kitchen sink was fixed and cleaned up with a smile. My daughter called him Super Sam :)

Chose Rooter squad bc he was familiar with stacked units. Needed to replace a pipe. Sam was very courteous, respectful and made the whole process doable. No drama. Worked hard on my clog and pipes and explained clearly what to expect. Prices were affordable. I will be calling him again for further maintenance and repair.

I have a new plumber for life! I cannot say enough about how accommodating, insightful and just plain kind my service was today. They are knowledgable, savvy and actually fixed so much more than we booked them for! I will never go to anyone else (and I don’t have to because they cover all of LA)!

Sam from Rooter Squad came out at 7:00 PM on Memorial Day 2015 when no other plumbing service would even pick up the phone. I needed a plumber to unclog my kitchen sink that was overflowing all over the floor from having the sink water from the 2^nd and 3^rd floor in my stack flowing up through my kitchen sinks because there was a clog below my drains in the shared stack. Sam from Rooter Squad was very professional, friendly, clearly explained the problem and solution, and charged a very fair price. Rooter Squad will be my first phone call for any future plumbing issues. Thanks!!!

We had some plumbing issues at the business office where I work, when we opted to contact Rooter Squad Plumbing. After he completed the job I decided to keep him in mind should I ever need it at home. Shortly thereafter, my landlord asked if I knew of anyone that could possibly fix plumbing issues in one of the 4 units at home in Glendale. Her go-​to plumber was not available that day. I immediately recommended Sam to my landlord. He’d left a very good impression. He was very honest, timely, and reasonably priced. Also after he left my office, I immediately noticed how he’d left everything very clean and exactly as it was when he arrived. That was a huge plus, as I’ve seen what some plumbers leave behind can at times resemble a disorderly construction site. No need to fear a massive clean up, or disinfecting session after Sam completes a job. He has since completed several plumbing jobs in my building and all tenants have been extremely happy with the quality of his work, and Sam (the owner of Rooter Squad Plumbing) is now her go-​to plumber. I highly recommend him.
