So disappointed. I used to love their hawaiian pizza. It seems like it has a new owner because their hawaiian pizza was not the same pizza I used to order a few months ago. We came here 3 days ago, the quality was subpar and flavorless. I could barely see hams but full of pineapples. Disgusting! No, I’m not coming back and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I ordered two slices. BBQ chicken was alright. The other, supreme, felt like it came straight from the fridge. When I say that, that’s not hyperbole. It was legitimately cold to the touch, not just room temperature. I’m no pizza doctor, but I’m pretty sure they’re doing it wrong.

Just bought a rancid slice of pesto pizza here which they refused to exchange. I threw it away. Who wants to get sick on Mall pizza?! Plus the dude is extremely rude.(This after they dissuaded us from ordering a whole pizza. The cheese slices were also just okay). There are too many other good options at the Americana. Eat elsewhere!

Never again. I ordered a whole NY Cheese Pizza they said would be ready in 20 minutes… but became available after 35 minutes. I also ordered a whole Avocado Verde pizza… it never came. They totally forgot about it and asked if I could wait another hour for it… when I said I just want my money back, all of the sudden, it would only take 20. But no thanks, I got my money back instead.

The pizza is so so. But it’s pizza, so you can’t be so picky. But it’s not kids friendly. Besides the fact that the tables are always taken and you have to sit on the adjacent lawn, they won’t give they wifi password to my 9 year old daughter. When I asked the cashier she said ask the manager. He looked around to us, and said«no sorry.» I guess they selectively pick and choose whom to give the wifi password, and we didn’t meet that criterion. If not, why would she tell me «ask the manager?» She could have said sorry the policy says no sharing our wifi password with patrons.

Awful pizza, awful attitude here. An older man took my order this evening and charged my card without telling me the total. I asked twice, because he was ignoring me, if he could tell me the price that he has already charged my card with he tells me «it’s $ 4.75– do you still want it?» I said, «well, you’ve already charged my card so.» and he cuts me off with a «yeah» and walks away. As I am standing directly in front of the window he begins to ring a bell over 10 times loudly and stares at me without saying a word so I ask if that is my food and he just laughs. What the crap, dude. This pizza tastes like cardboard and this guy was terrible. GTFO of Americana.

My family and I frequent the Americana at Brand very regularly and thus last idiot left a bitter taste in my mouth because of one racist older Hispanic male employee at Richie Palmers. My wife and I had pizza earlier and walked around with our 8 month old baby in stroller and she spit up all over herself and walked over to the counter here(near closing time) and requested a napkin for my baby he conveniently removed his name tag and proceeded to tell me that it was a $ 1 charge for a napkin. I’ve eaten there at least half a dozen times and have never been charged for a napkin. No restaurant on Earth charges for a napkin. I initially laughed it off and asked if he was serious and with a very straight face, he said, «yes» and stood there. I said its for my baby and he stood silently. I just don’t get it… And we were nowhere near the register meaning he was probably going to pocket the money. The amount has nothing to do with it, it’s the sheer principle of it. I doubt I’ll be going back here.

I visit Americana very often, probably once a week because its close to my work and is good to pick up/stay for lunch. My sister and i stopped by here for big pie(margarita pizza) The lady was laughing and talking to someone else for about a minute before she acknowledged i was ready to give her money and get a pizza. The pizza took 20 minutes to make so it really was not convenient for a lunch break… the price is pretty high for what you’re getting(average pizza) I should’ve just gone next door to the cheesecake factory since their pizzas are melt in your mouth, delicious.

One of the closest to NY pizza in the area. Crust is a little thinner. Quick service and tasty pizza for when you don’t want to spend a long time sitting at a restaurant at the Americana.

Not bad. $ 5 for a large slice of veggie pizza. Crispy crust and lots of toppings. Had no problem giving a side of jalapenos although they were raw. Good quick service. Good for a quite bite to eat. Nice outdoor seating by the water fountain show.

I came here while on my lunch at work. Originally I wanted to try the one with avocado and pesto chicken(sounds so perfect), but they were out. So I opted for the bbq chicken pizza. My go-to is mushroom and pepperoni, but the bbq chicken looked so appetizing. The girl working wasn’t friendly at all, but she did her job, so no harm no foul. The pizza itself was incredible. I love thin crust, New York style pizza, and this is perfectly done. The crust was so crispy. I wish it had a tad more taste, but the texture is excellent. The toppings are amazing. So many pieces of(good) chicken, thick slices of tomatoes and onions, cilantro, and tangy sweet bbq sauce. I ordered one piece for $ 4.75, and it definitely filled me up. I have however had less expensive, great New York style pizza for about $ 3 a slice. So I wish this place was more affordable, but I’ll be back!

Worst service. Pizza is terrible now! Not even fresh cheese. Can’t even get a cup of water without getting nickel and dimed. So disappointed

Good pizza. Nice view. Like hanging out here. Its an outdoor small place with limited seats but u can always find a place to sit nearby. They also serve salads, drinks and french fries. Not all kinds of pizza on the menu are available to serve!

Wow! Never will I look down at a kiosk pizza place in a shopping center again! Was feeling a bit noshy and trying to decide whether to have haagan daz or a slice of pizza. Got a classic slice of cheese. Talk about love at first bite! Hello! My heart melted with the gentle e-note of violins playing in my head. The queued waterfall show amplified my experienced. So a big thank you to timing! The surprisingly crispy and thin crust made me salivated even more. With each bite, the fresh mozzarella cheese stretches out like a slinky. Causing my inner child to giggle with delight. Just utter complete contentment for 10 minutes of tastebuds satisfaction. Perfect slice of New York style thin crust non greasy pizza.

They have many varieties of pizza, ranging from jalapenos, santa fe chicken, etc. One slice, plus soda, is often enough for lunch, unless you are a super big eater. On taste, the pizza do have flavor, thin crust, though not crispy, typical of new york style pizza. If you want five star gourmet pizza, do not come here. If you only want casual new york style pizza for casual lunch, then this is a great alternative to food courts.

I can probably put up with the crappy pizza(soggy, medium thick crust) and the congealed 5 hour old cheese. This stuff is about on par with what was served at my high school. I might be willing to deal with the stupid crowds at Americana. I could probably even be convinced to pay too much for this slice of terrible cheese pizza. But my personal breaking point: This place that claims to be NY oriented doesn’t know what Buffalo(as in Buffalo, NY) Style Chicken Wings are. They don’t understand the difference between sauce(the warm, spicy thing the wings are tossed in after frying) and dressing(the cool, bleu cheesey thing intended to calm your infrnal taste buds served on the side). They especially don’t understand that buffalo style wings are fried, not baked. Oh, and they’re SERVEDWARM. Seriously, who thinks this place has good food? Are you married to the proprietor? One of the counter folk(uh, seriously, these chicks were asleep)? Please go to this place and explain to me what I’m missing.

Americana at Brand is always a fun place to shop, dine and take in a flick! That said, if you’re looking to have an impressive dining experience atmosphere-wise but without breaking the bank…“Richie Palmer’s Pizza” is just the ticket! $ 11.99 gets you a nice size Veggie Pizza with 8 hearty slices. Crust has been nice and crispy each time we have it. The impressive part comes in the form of the outdoor table seating they offer directly in front of the huge water feature complete with a dancing water show. Lovely during the day and spectacular at night. The pizza is good and the view is great!

We went to the Street Feast in Glendale but all the trucks had huge lines. We decided to pass on the trucks and try some other places, like this little kiosk. Richie Palmer’s Pizzeria NY style pizza. We wanted to try the lasagna pizza but they ran out. After reading some of the reviews, maybe it’s a good thing we didn’t get it… White Spinach pizza, $ 4(see picture). My Brooklyn friend told me that it was a little bit thinner than the usual NY pizza, but tasty nevertheless. I’m a huge pizza fan so I was glad that this didn’t disappoint. They screwed up on our vanilla flavored latte and it was more like hot cocoa. They also ran out of large cups and I was given 50 cents back because they had to give me a small cup of regular coffee. They didn’t have any creamer or stirrer. Talk about not having the basics… There’s plenty of seating around the fountain with the naked guy. I’ll have to go again and try the other pizzas… yum.
