After moving back to LA, I was setting up my first real pro quality studio and I knew I was going to need cables. The guys and girls at Pro Audio LA and specifically Jason went above and beyond to help me get set up with high quality snakes and cables. Beyond doing a great job on the custom cables, I made a massive mistake in my largest order and accidentally bought about 12 extra snakes. I was thinking I’d have to just eat the price difference and place a whole new order, but Jason helped me work out a way to convert some of the cables, and working to try to fix my blunder. Not only that but the guy worked over the weekend and way after business hours and got me the completed and finally correct order in like 2 days, saving me time and getting my studio up and working. I wish I started out the project consulting with them now, but lesson learned. I know where I’m going for my gear in LA now.

When it comes to microphones, patch bays, cables, and music gear in general, I trust the audio gurus at Pro Audio LA. My experience with Jason and the rest of the team has been outstanding! They’ve been more than patient helping me increase my knowledge of signal flow since I wanted to bring more of my workflow out of the box. With the help I received, I’m able to route anything in my setup with the turn of my chair. I once was on a quest of upgrading microphones. There’s a vast amount of manufacturers making good mics and I was a bit overwhelmed as to what would work best for my situation. With their guidance, I was able to narrow down my selection to a couple microphones that they let me demo in my own studio. I’m glad I took their recommendations as the two mics I chose complement each other so well that they can take care of almost all of my vocal and guitar duties. Whether you need to know which pins to ground vertically strap in the back of a patch bay or which microphone suits your needs for a particular situation, I trust the experts at Pro Audio LA to help lead in the right direction.
