I usually go to the downtown potbelly which is excellent, the live entertainment is great. the bayshore location makes me feel like I’m downtown the atmosphere is so inviting and the Roast beef sub is the best. I love potbelly’s. The Workers are so kind.

We have ordered from them a few times over the years, and usually they make some mistake with the order and take forever to deliver it. Today we placed an order for 3 subs and 2 shakes for our office. At 12:15 we called to find out what the hold up was, cuz the order was placed online around 10 am, and said it would be delivered at noon the latest. The manager was rude and said they called us, which they didn’t to cancel the order, because they were booked for delivery, as they had 4 orders before us. I don’t know why delivery is an option if they can only handle 5 orders during the lunch hour. They just cancelled the order, and offered no apologies. Terrible customer service, you should take delivery from your store off the website as it is not really a true option. Our office will never order from you again. It’s sad you treat your customers that way when places like Jimmy John’s can deliver a sandwich in under 10 minutes.

Favorite sandwich spot around. Food is always great. My girls love the pickles and shakes, which you would think didn’t go together but no complaints here.
Plenty of different sandwiches and bread choices to satisfy even my picky crew.

Our office ordered online, it was a total of 6 items. The order was not difficult. All the sandwiches looked small, and there was a question of «Are these bigs?» We did not have time to run back and we should have checked before we left, but they should have made them correctly. Word of caution: With any order Double Check. In the future we might not be going back.

I love Potbelly’s cheesy vegetarian sub. I wish they kept it on the menu so when I’m in town I don’t have cross my fingers hoping the sandwich maker remembers how to make it. So delicious.

I was pleasantly surprised by the taste.
Dont expect much from staff
but they did have local musicians playing inside for tips — i dig that.

Love the mushroom melt skinny! Love the live music at lunchtime! Love the fact that when the line gets long, they kick into high gear and start taking your order in line! Potbelly’s is by far my favorite chain sandwich shop. Unforunately, at work Subway is much closer and I would need an hour and a half to walk to Potbelly’s, order, eat and walk back… Otherwise, I’d probably eat here every day!

I would have given this place a 5 star but the workers here were terrible! They really don’t care about their jobs and will let you stand there while your sub is getting burned while their tallking to their best friend behind you. The food is great here but the workers are snooty and don’t care if your food gets burned.

They have a new sub with roasted chicken and cheddar. The bread and pretty much everything about these subs is spot on! I usually get a delicious savory sub as my meal, I skip the chips and then get a PBJ on white for dessert. I know that’s a lot of sub, but it takes me on a satisfying, sandwich journey that leaves me completely satisfied. Get the hot peppers on the side and then just dribble the oil onto your sandwich. The sugar cookies are so dangerously delicious.

So… As far as chain sub shops so, this one takes the cake for me. Maybe it is the toasting of the scrumcious wheat bread before piling on the veggies? Or maybe it is the oil and Italian seasonings they on? Maybe it is the hot peppers? Whatever it is, they are doing something right. I love the Veggie sub… nom nom nom nom :)
