I stopped in to the newest branch. This used to be a Chinese restaurant demolished and rebuilt to a modern, design look, tall ceilings.
They had two tellers and two bank consultants. And a greeter. They were friendly and helpful. They were able to locate my account and give me suggestions for CD accts.
The ofc had a look of privacy. That reminded me of a hospital ICU. Aluminum framed slider door with thick glass windows. This branch opened last month. The staff were still happy, even though the economy is still struggling. Refi loans are available. The bank is a good addition as I live less than 2 miles. Yay.
