Planet Beach Automated Spa

I have to say that the fine print is startling. You can only cancel your membership IN PERSON WITH THE FRANCHISE OR SPA DIRECTOR AT THE LOCATION YOU INITIATED THE CONTRACT.
At this location that means only on weekdays and only early in the day. Over a period of six weeks I tried three different times to cancel my membership. If the owner or manager isn’t there, no dice. So, if you are unable to physically get there during those times, you are stuck paying monthly fees for services you don’t use. I’ve paid them over $ 500 for unused services. If the desk clerks were trained in courtesy and problem solving, this might have been avoided. I am one unhappy camper.

If you are looking for quality service go no further. This planet beach is AMAZING!!! Me and my mom had gone to the planet beach in litchfield park by brass armidillo and were absolutly disrespected as first time customers. Nothing was right and we left furious after being very stressed and needing this relaxation. So we decided to call this planet beach. They had no issue booking a walk in appointment for us and accepting our free spa day coupon for both of us. We got lost and were so stressed out we said we werent going to come and were gonna go home and the girl on the phone went all out and helped direct us from the area we were to their location and when we got there they apologized for the OTHER store treating is poorly. I fell in love with every single service i was given. I REALLY want to do the membership and go back sometime. I just live far away but believe me when i day the 30 min drive to this location would be much more satisfactory than the 10 min drive to a location that treated me like trash bc i dont look like a tan barbie. Thank you to shelby and the other girl with the black hair working on April 7^th at 4pm. We couldnt be any more grateful for your kindness and willingness to work with us! I will definitly try to make it back out there sometime :)

Love this Place! Not only is the customer service amazing but the store is clean and they have really good deals. Will never go to another salon:)

Got a groupon for 2 spray tans. It wasn’t pleasant. Red head female working was extremely rude and was clearly upset that I came in at the end of her day. Facial expressions and her tone was very unprofessional. The place is inside a gym and is very small. The mystic tan machine is not the newest model. There is very bad air circulation inside the machine/​room it was hard to breath. Probably will take a loss and not go back.

Wow! So I had gone on here and done a poor review because I had called to schedule a tan from a package I had purchased a year ago, and was told my packaged expired. I was furious! But the woman, Megan, told me she would speak with her manager and call me back. It took two days but she did call back and they are honoring my package. Also, because of the trouble they put me through, they gave me a spa service to make up for it. Megan was amazing and patient and accomidating! If this company is looking to keep clients, they definitely know how!

This Planet Beach is absolutely amazing. I’ve been to allot of spas but this one is my favorite. The staff is by far better than anywhere I’ve been and the fact that i never have to wait for a service is one of its best qualities. I love Planet Beach“Glendale”, all of its staff and I’m very grateful of the services they provide for my health at a very fair price.
