Panera Bread

I love panera… and I love THIS panera in particular. It is big and spacious and has seating that accommodates everyone during the lunch hour rush. On top of that it has a drive through, which I have never been through… but that seems rather convenient to me.
The you pick two is the best. Broccoli cheddar soup and the greek salad is my go-​to pairing. Quite tasty and they are usually consistent with their food. I recently got a free cookie with my panera card which was a nice little surprise (even thought cookies are not on the «new year new you» diet).
Most of all, and the reason for me writing this review is the excellent staff. They people who work here are a ball of smiles and they greet you like you are their second cousin they haven’t seen since three thanksgivings ago. They smile, they are happy to see you, and they even started taking you name and bringing your food to your table so you don’t have to stand at the counter and wait for your name to be called. Really great my friends. You should probably go here and enjoy some soup with your fake second cousin like I did. ;)

Every single time I come to the drive through at this location my order is wrong. I am allergic to avocados and just got back to my office to find they gave me the turkey bacon avocado instead of the turkey apple cheddar. Thanks guys. My suggestion would be to pick one of the many other sandwich shops around here to eat lunch. Total let down and the service isn’t even friendly.

The staff here is fantastic! Food is super yummy, and in my opinion healthy. The drive through did mess up on an order, but the next time I went in and I told them what had happened — they comped it. I will go back here again and again!

I’m here all the time, so I’ve seen this location during its slowest and busiest of hours. Regardless, the service is always prompt and friendly. There are so many options at Panera: salads, soups, sandwiches, pastas, pastries and coffee! I am a big fan of the Pick 2 option and always try something different here. As a regular (with a Panera card or phone number), I receive so many rewards that keep me coming back. I’ve had free coffee for a month, free pastries, $ 2 off a Pick 2, etc. Definitely recommend to everyone to sign up for a card! Also, there is a drive-​thru at this location and parking is very hectic during lunch hours.

Service was great, very friendly. But they took away french onion soup (which is the only reason I went in the first place) and their tomato basil flatbread was terrible. I literally could not finish it, and ordered a delivery pizza instead when I got home. I definitely wont be going back until they bring back the old menu /​recipes.

I love Panera! They have the best Broccoli Cheddar soup! Bob is so sweet. He loves his job and the people… and it shows. I always enjoy going to this location.

Not not fresh at all my sandwhich was horrible, soup sucked you could tell it definitely was canned with a bunch of lumps ruined my apetite. And then when I went up there to ask if I could just have the other half of my sandwich it seems like they got bothered by it. No pride what so ever. Won’t recommend it to friends or family boooo!!! Ever since they went corporate it seems its just another business to them.

I understand this is a busy location. Heck there’s two large buildings just south with lots of hungry customers. The drive through gave me a carrot muffin instead of my Crunch bagel a couple weeks back. Didn’t realize till I got to work. Hungry all day.
Just yesterday I went over for a to go order and decided to grab myself a salad. Ordered the Fuji apple Chicken-​hold the pecans. Paid, waited, went back to work. Started eating and found in the center of my salad-​pecans! Surprise! Fabulous fun picking those out. Thank God I’m not allergic– they just make me really ill if I eat them. Made lunch more like a game-​avoiding the pecans. Might have actually enjoyed the salad as it was pretty tasty otherwise.
I’m thinking staff needs to slow down a notch to hit making these types of errors. I watched the staff checking and checking tickets so how is this happening?

Panera is usually something that is fresh and delicious. Today it was average at best. The bread tasted stale and the salad tasted like refrigerator. Maybe next time?

I patron panera breads often, as a place to get some work done on my laptop — and possibly eat a delicious meal.
At the very least, i order a small coffee while i work, not only because i enjoy its taste, but as a way to buy something in exchange for using their free wifi and easy to work in atmosphere. On my most rescent visit to this location however, the gentlemen behind the counter said it was «on him» — he gave me free coffee! It made my day go so much better.
The only negative thing i can say about this location, is there are not many outlets for guests to use while they work on their computers or charge their phone. Otherwise, this place would be 5 stars.

Just went through the drive through. Service was rude, half the food was missing, food was made incorrectly, basically they messed up everything I ordered and it took a half hour to get the messed up food. I’ll never be back.

Every time I go through the drive thru, which isn’t often, everyone is so rude! I’m giving them two stars instead of one because the food is ok.

We have decided to do Wednesday lunch dates here as a family bc we have had such a pleasant experience two weeks in a row. Larisa is so kind and all the workers are friendly. Our food is timely and delicious. The tables are clean. The bathroom is clean (important bc we have to change our son’s diapers).

Another Panera — and that’s meant as a compliment. The experience is always calm and welcoming, and this one happens to have a drive-​thru! Definitely a reliable lunch place, and they usually have at least one menu offering for everyone. I’m a fan.

Your standard Panera. Clean, nice staff, good food. Didn’t kick us out for staying awhile, they appreciate people getting comfortable. I’ll always come here because I know the quality and definitely get it every time.

Quality here has gone super down hill.
Employees do not seem to care, which goes against what I said in my last review, but really. It has become a disaster zone.
I JUST WANT A BLUEBERRY BAGEL WITH EGG WHITES AND CHEESE! Why is that so bloody had to understand, let alone make? No, I do not want meat and spinach and tomatoes. Please stop putting this in my sandwich every time that leads me to coming back angry that you guys screwed up, AGAIN.

Really like this location. Got in quickly and Hayden was quick and efficient with my order. Got a medium coffee and cinnamon pastry for free with My Panera Card.
Place was neat and clean. Plenty of parking and free Wi-​FI.

Stopped here last night about 7:45. Wanted the pick two creamy tomato soup w/​the Mac and cheese. Out of cheese for Mac and cheese… really?! No croutons for the soup. Ordered my old standby the chicken Cobb salad. Took ten minutes and I was the only one in line to order. The salad was awful. Romaine looked wilted. Usually get vinaigrette but the gave me cesarean dressing?
Very disappointed.

Yay! Drive-​thru! I’m not sure but this may be the only Panera location with a drive-​thru but I like it. Call me lazy but I enjoy having the option of either dressing for public display or throwing something on to cover up enough to go through a drive-​thru.
The drive-​thru is always available when I stop by, usually, with only one car ahead of me.
I have only purchased Chai and pastries from this location, though, not the pastry I wanted since the orange scones are usually gone by the afternoon.
Service has been… hmm. I don’t remember how the service was which means it was inconsequential to my visit.
I look forward to using your drive-​thru again.
