Very nice and helpfull staff. Great service and free parking. I always order for take out and they consistently have the order ready at the right time. I like this location.

The food is same as all the paneras, my favorites are the squash soup and hot lattes, but this location always has slow service and wifi so be warned.

Very friendly staff– just wished they helped eachother out more so lines can move faster, and so food can come out faster– was on two different LONG lines; one for ordering, and one for receiving the food. The food is very good especially the French onion soup and Greek salad combo; favorite chain.

Great place for a quick bite, fast and friendly service, usually I order chicken and quinoa soup and the Fuji apple salad. Plenty of parking in nearby. Home Depot

After seeing another review mentioning service as a hit or miss I guess we got the miss staff. A manager took out order, but before doing so asked us to hold on so he could answer the phone. Okay no big deal. Then they take forever with the order. Give out our order of Mac and cheese with bread to someone else so we had to wait for them to serve another 4 people before remaking our order. Then we asked for cups because we were never given them. Then we receive dirty cups that were greasy from residue of whatever the manager was touching last. Like dude, are you even the manager? Have you ever been in the food industry before? Do you all have each other’s heads up one another’s asses? Pull them out and start getting shit right! We didn’t even order anything complicated. Then after getting a clean cup plus an attitude,(from the«manager») I received my order without bread. I guess it’s just Panera now… We’re dropping the bread off the business name guys. On top of that it wasn’t even busy. At least it tasted like Panera food should, but for $ 20(for two undersized small Mac and cheeses, a tomato soup and iced tea) I could have gotten better food and better service somewhere else. In fact, you should do that. Save yourself the annoyance.

The food here is great; it’s just the service here that is absolutely terrible. I’m not quite sure where to even start. First, they never called our names or put the name up on the screen. I remember making a comment about how someone after us, had their name on the list. Second, they barely gave me any Mac n cheese. It was probably five spoonfuls. The bread looked like it was ripped with their hands. We were never given our cups at the register so we had to ask for that. Of course I was given a dirty cup. When I asked for a new clean cup, the manager gave me a face as he handed me the cup. No apology for the greasy cup. As if it I had the nerve to ask for a cup that was actually clean to touch and drink out of. My boyfriend never got his side bread but we didn’t even bother asking for it because they would make a bigger deal. There were also three other customers who had their orders messed up. So this night shift was just something.

I came in last minute as they were closing and the store manger was super polite. Not only did he open the door for us, he gave me the last chocolate pie cookie on the house. The person taking our order was very patient and the manager made my drink and walked it over to where I was standing. The service here is always great!

This is the best place for coffee and a smile. The co workers are the best… If a cozy place to meet your family, this is the place for it…

I love them here, they sometimes do mix up my cream of chicken and wild rice with chicken noodle, but Ginette is a sweetheart and always gives me something to make up for it. I love the staff here, especially knowing how hard it is to work at Panera(I worked at one for quite sometime).

Great sandwiches and sides. The service can be a hit and miss depending on the staff.

Can I say I’ve never eaten at Panera? I’ve purchased food for others to go, and I’ve gotten a drink here to meet people, but never the food. My first time was pretty awesome for impressions. My two guests and I found a table, and I ordered the ½ greek salad, because the cashier was kind enough to advise me that if I just order a soup, I will be starving myself. –Thank you my dear, thank you. my guests got the ‘take 2′ or ‘half and half’ can’t recall how they called it. One got a mac and ceases with the grilled cheese sandwich the other got a caesar salad and chicken soup. No complaints from their food, which is good, but when I went to pick up the food, i brought it to the table and realized i was missing a mac and cheese and got a chicken salad instead. When I brought the tray back, and I mentioned it to the girl, she already had the mac and cheese out because she knew it was for an order, just didn’t recall where, when i offered to giver her the chicken salad back, she said she can’t take it back because it went to the table already, and I could just have it, because it was her mistake. So i just ate both salads, which i guess is now a whole salad, with their house vinaigrette. It was pretty good and for $ 28.00 we all ate. Sounds good to me!

If not for the wonderful company of a neighbor who chose our breakfast location, my review would have pointed the dirty end of the stick at another link in the corporate food chain of errors and mishaps. All chains lack the personal touch, the bright colors and jazz music mask greed through implementation of cheap ingredients and a staff that works very hard for slim pay and high turnover. It’s a sad trend that is irreversible at this point, but we the consumer have allowed this to occur by not sticking by our smaller business, instead selling our for a few nickels and coagulated arteries. Sorry for the vent session but it needs to be said, now on to the review. The ham & swiss soufflé was quite enjoyable, but at over four dollars each, the three inch circular soufflé was not worth the price, its the size of a golf hole. I’m amazed how the eggs remained so warm, moist and tasty sitting on a non temperature controlled counter. The wonders & marvels of modern food science I suppose. The Asiago Cheese bagel was barely toasted as I ordered it, not a brown toasted spot to be seen and it was difficult to get excited about cream cheese served in a sealed plastic container, that’s so sad. Corporate strikes again. And I don’t need two atrociously ugly, burnt mustard colored airline trays to carry one soufflé and one bagel to my table. With the coffee, thats three hands I needed. The dark roast unlimited coffee was the best part if my breakfast, but after two large cups, reflection set in. Well, it left me chain typical disappointed that two breakfast meals cost almost nineteen dollars. But they have bright paint and jazz so I guess the distraction worked on my neighbor, will it distract you too?

Yesterday, I had clicked get directions and followed google maps directions. It lead me to Atlantic Avenue. I was carrying lots of books and walked a lot to only find out that I was taken to a place that was not this restaurant. My friend called me and asked me where I was. Luckily, I remembered my way back to the bus. So, I had to take the bus back and get off at Metropolitan Av not Atlantic as google map had directed me to do. Fortunately, my friend found me on the bus. I found the place to be quite spacious and empty. They have enough booths and seats and some outlets. Some people are playing chess and some are having a chat. Most are working on something, like a kid I saw was doing homework. The food selection varied and all seemed healthy. I ordered a flat bread southwestern chicken and pumpkin latte. Service was quick and the workers were friendly. This is definitely a great study spot. Oh and you may want to sit in a booth. In case random old men try to talk to you which happened while I was trying to study.

Wonderful caterer… Breakfast arrived to my client before I did & everyone was satisfied. Also, there was a thank you letter included with my receipt(small gestures are underrated). *Recommendation-Add the iced green tea to your breakfasts/lunches. Guaranteed positive results.

Came here and got a soup & salad combo. Generous portions. Very generous, in fact. I didn’t think I was going to finish & got the soup to treat a cold but I actually did end up finishing, to my surprise. If you have a car, it seems like a great place to get to(that’s how I got there). Staff was friendly, the place was clean, no problems here.

Personally, I love a good salad-sandwich combination. Panera bread has thus become an ideal spot for me when I’m in a rush but want to avoid typical fatty fast food. The food is good, as with other Panera locations. However this location is by far my favorite because of the pleasant cashiers who always exchange pleasantries. If your in the area and want a quick cheap bite I would suggest stopping by.

Panera is Panera; really there’s hardly any difference in what different locations offer. The wifey and I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat before splurging at Trader Joes next door, so we ended up here. So this review is mainly for the some new menu items I haven’t tried before. We both got«You Pick 2,» the new Fontina Grilled Cheese with tomato soup and Asiago Steak sandwich with cream of chicken and wild rice soup. Grilled cheese wasn’t too bad actually, but the tomato soup was mediocre. Grrrr they got rid of the asiago roast beef version and replaced it with the steak. Basically a thicker cut of meat and cold, no improvement in taste, rather the same flavor profile. Bleh still can’t stand this overpriced chain, but it was nearby as the best food option.

I AMNOT a fan of Panera. I think it’s mediocre quality. I’ve tried their soups and salads, and they were just okay. The black bean soup is not better than a can of black bean soup. I will order their cold drinks(lemon aide, Iced Teas, Fruit Smoothies). I think their hot drip coffee is awful, and I am not a fan of their pastry or bagels either. I went to Panera today, because I had a Free Drink Offer, so I took them up on their offer, because I was next door. I too, think Panera is overrated(Bobby D) but I gave this one three stars, because the service was friendly and this is a very clean location… FYI– I started a draft of this review in 8⁄2011 so things have changed…
