Only two tables in the front of the establishment to eat. Good food but you have to take it to go.

I spotted this place on Unilocal!a couple of weeks back and finally made my way over. The interior is much smaller than what I had expected and really does seem to be mostly suited for take out. There are a few tables out front and a few more out back, which is where I ended up. I had looked through the menu and figured I would try a few different kebobs; since meat on a stick is one of the best things ever. My plan didn’t work out like I wanted, but the guy at the counter was nice and got me somewhat closer to what I was looking for. I wish some of the kebob/skewer shops in town would just sell the sticks individually. This was an option for me, but at a pound each, it sounded like a bit more than I wanted if I was going to try a few. I settled on a combo plate, which gave me the half kebob option and went with more vegetables in place of rice. The vegetables were grilled nicely and tasty, just not part of the all meat lunch I wanted. I had the chicken thigh and pork. Both were super delicious, moist, and tender; top notch kebobs. There were a couple of small sauces included, that were very good, and a nice adder, but by no means necessary since the grilled items stood well on their own. Maybe I’m in the minority, since«with rice and vegetables» seems to be about the only way to get kebobs around here, but I’d like to suggest some kind of «all meats kebob combo» option be offered; somewhere; why not start a trend at The Original Kebob Factory! I would certainly come back if the opportunity presents itself. The food is fantastic. Maybe a day that I’m in the mood for a wrap or am dining with someone to split things with would be a better option.

The food here is pretty good, but they are consistently late in delivering orders. Very, very late. For the past three orders I’ve placed for delivery, all of the orders took nearly two hours to get. They advertise 45 – 50 minutes. After calling them and requesting an update after they are already late, they don’t even apologize.

I LOVE this place! The service was excellent. The food was delicious! Had the Chicken and Beef combo. Me and my friend actually split one combo and it was perfect. I would come back here again and again.

Love the food! Great customer service, we always order from them and our guests rave about the food, I have tried everything on the Manu except pork, and everything is delicious!

Bummed I wasted my calorie intake on a meal here. Much better prefer zankhou or any other kabob place. Lack of free pickles or garlic sauce. This is basic at best. Seating ambiance sucks ass. It’s depressing.

Awww shucks! Life is too short to not enjoy good shish kabob. I appreciate how attentive Garnik and his team are, I’ve also noticed an update to their website when ordering online. So at times delivery people might not have the time to deliver to my door, that does not detract from the quality of food this place has. I still think it is the best shish kabob in town. If I am critical it is because I believe 100% in the product this establishment provides. I understand the amount of people might not be too plentiful in such a modest space. If I could wish for something it would be to see this business expand. I’d love to come in more often to a place I could dine in with family or friends and I’m sure other people would too. Overall a great place for shish kabob with a few forgivable drawbacks. I usually have a combo plate with lamb shish kabob and beef lule but recently I have tried the wraps, I’ve yet to try something that is not delicious at the Original Kabob Factory.

One of my favorite Kabob places! Not only is the food good, but this place got’s some SWAG!!! Yea Yea! I normally get their Chicken Lule Wrap, with brown rice and their spicy sauce! Great customer service(keep up the good work). Parking is Decent, there’s a parking structure and limited street parking… My only COMPLAINT is, this is the only location that I know of.

Ordered delivery through EAT24. Got a text from Sarmen confirming my order, which was great since it was my first time using eat24. My delivery was brought exactly to the minute as promised and the food was still nice and warm. They threw in a tabouleh and a slice of cake for being out of the baklava I ordered. I will definitely use Eat24 to order from them more often.

I just wanted to write a second five star review for this place based on something I witnessed a few weeks back. OKF has seriously won even more points with me after this. the other night when I was picking up my order I noticed a homeless man that I often see on Glenoaks hanging out around the parking lot. The next thing I know, I see one of the OKF guys walk outside with a beverage and a hot meal for this man… such a simple act that so many companies/humans don’t do. I was very impressed with the food and service, now I am impressed with their humanity. Job well done!

Love this place. Used to pick up the meats regularly when I was spending more time in the Burbank area. Unilocal check in for 10% off or get the certificate. Love the louleh meats, chicken especially is super moist and flavorful. Simple prep: mold around wooden stick and grill. My 6-yr old can’t get enuf of it ^_^ Easy parking in the structure behind. Super nice service. Although one thing I don’t like is they tend to push more than the customer ask for. If I ask for 1 pound, they try to give me 1.5 pounds, and ask if okay. I said no, he took some out. Still at 1.2 pounds. Okay… Fine. Am tired today. What irked me was one time, my then boyfriend went to pick up some meats and he came home with 3 pounds of louleh instead of 2 pounds. So not cool… I wish they would ease up on being so pushy. Otherwise, good meats and good service.

Solid. Ordered a Chicken Luleh(Wrap), and a Chicken & Shish Kebab Combo. The place is very clean and the workers seemed nice. Food came out within 20 minutes. The Shish kebab was juicy, so was the chicken. The Combo comes with rice(brown rice available), onions with somagh spice, green pepper, grilled tomato, one sheet of lavash bread. The tomato was not grilled long enough, so it was a bit tough. This is not a sit-down restaurant, as there are no tables inside, but you will be able to sit outside on the sidewalk or in the back(in the parking garage… yes, it’s basically inside the covered parking garage), although it was very noisy and felt dangerously close to the cars that turned right outside. They did not have any drinking water or restroom which was a bummer. Upon some research of other reviews, other people also have the same opinion about the water. A water cup is not much to ask, and not everyone drinks soft drinks with their meal. There is however Dogh(yogurt drink) which is salty and yogurty — but obviously not so great if you’re lactose intolerant. I highly recommend the dogh to accompany your meal. Definitely recommend this place, but it’s more suitable for pick-up. And to the owners, I would really like you to consider offering water to your patrons.

Okay this is the best kabob ever! The sauces they provide with the kabob are just phenomenal. I mean seriously I just cannot get over how amazing they are. They have a variety of sauces to chose from and I think I’ve loved every single one that I’ve tried. I can’t rave enough about the sauces. The meat is good quality meat, spiced just right and cooked perfectly to my taste. They do cater as my brother in law and sis have used them twice. On a side note, they were late 45 minutes to the last event they hosted, but none the less they earn every one of those red stars. In any case, def worth a review. you can’t go wrong with the kabob, sauces, or grilled vegetables.

What a gorgeous selection of meat! I am a bit bummed you can’t dine in, not a fan of taking food to go. We bought some of the fresh meat and sauces to make at home and they were fantastic! The prices are fair starting at about $ 10 per lb, and they even have unique offerings such as quail. Food turned out great, sauces were such a nice addition, we bought some bread next door and had a perfect dinner, now if they had a few seats I would be back for more to see how they prepare it, it smelled so good in there! Service is very nice and packs everything up well, nice change from buying your meat at the grocery store.

Had this to-go and this place was sooo tastyyy! I tried the Chicken Thigh Wrap & Beef Sweetbread Wrap! The Beef Sweetbread was so flavorful and appetizing. Also one whole wrap filled me up! They also have a spicy sauce that goes great with the wraps! I’d definitely have to come back here for a sit down meal!

It is NOT a sit down restaurant. It is a take out spot. Only 2 tables outside the store on the side walk. The Service: Very pushy! Trying to sell combo or higher price food on the menu. The Food: Beef Louleh Wrap — Either the lavash is way too big or the stuffing is way too little. First few bites… too much lavash, not a lot of meat inside the wrap. Little bit rice too. Not too flavorful. Hummus — On the second day trying their hummus, it tastes weird already. A little bit too sour and the texture is different looking too. There is no manufacture date or expiration date on the container. Not sure how long this hummus been sitting in their store. The Parking: Parking structure behind the store. Only a few spots for 20 minutes parking.

I LOVECHICKEN! Sure I love salmon skin more(omg chicken wrapped in salmon skin, I would die of happiness!) but I tend to crave chicken like a lion craves juicy hyena. I took my friend to Glendale for her audition(I am the NICEST right?) mainly because I wanted to try some kabob outside my comfort zone of Hollywood. We raced over to The Original Kabob Factory as soon as she nailed her audition(she better book it) and got our grub on. The prices are completely unbeatable! $ 6.99 for a pound of chicken? Um yes please! You can also get a combo plate with different meats, or a wrap, or just simple sides of grilled vegetables. A low carb dieters paradise! I wound up with the grilled chicken and grilled onions… $ 6.97 yo! Super cheap for tons of food — just look at my picture! The woman at the counter was EXTREMELYNICE… And so excited for us to try the food! Someone give her a raise… She told us the food takes about 10 – 15 minutes and we could sit in the back seating area where it will be delivered. The back seating area is ANYTHINGBUT majestic. If you want nice views and the smell of delicious kabob wafting through your nose, yeah, don’t sit here. The view we got: cars parked in the 20 min parking zone and the smells we got… OHITSTRASHDAY!(At least there is free parking at this place?) We were pumped to try out food when it arrived. We were also gifted with 4 complimentary dipping sauces. I couldn’t try two because they were yogurt based(thanks lactose intolerance) but I was told they were the best. How was the food? Meh. A little disappointing, not going to lie to you! Sure the meat was juicy and succulent– I didn’t even need a knife to cut into my chicken cubes, but the flavor was pretty bland– I needed to use TWO salt packets, and I probably could have used more. My friend said the beef is more flavorful than the chicken breast, but nothing special… Also, while the onion I got was an extremely generous portion, it wasn’t cooked all the way through… And I DONOTDORAWONION! Needless to say, I am apart of the CLEANPLATECLUB, so I licked my to– go box clean… Minus a few raw pieces of onion, and my friend boxed the rest of her meal up for dinner. At least you can get more than one meal out of it if you’re a small eater! Perhaps jazzing it all up with some hummus at home would help the flavor profile? So if my friend has another audition in Glendale, sure I might drive her, but only so we can try out a DIFFERENT kabob place because this one doesn’t have me craving seconds.

Pros: **Great tasting food made with fresh ingredients **You can purchase one of their Kabob plates, wraps, or pick up pre-seasoned meat to take home and cook yourself **Service seems to be a top priority for its customers **Variety of sauces to accompany your meal ** Variety of meat choices(chicken, lamb, beef, pork) etc Cons: **Its not a sit down restaurant. I Unilocaled this place thinking it was going to be a restaurant the husband and I could dine together inside, but I noticed they do not have any tables inside the restaurant.(See Tips to keep in mind) **Parking in the back garage is limited as its shared with the beverage store and carpet store next door(however you can order for delivery or pick up) Tips to keep in mind **Parking is located in the back(it can be a slight bit of a challenge) **They only have a small area outside in the back for dining. So its best to order for delivery, to go, or for a quick casual bite to eat. **Portion sizes are really big. You can probably share a Kabob plate with a small child or adult whom is a light eater. **They offer catering **Not good for family dining — unless you’re ordering for delivery. I will definitely be ordering them for delivery as the food was DELICIOUS and the owner Nick went out of his way to ensure that I enjoyed my first dining experience. Happy eaten…
