Came in due to it’s convenient location and my car was acting funny upon start up the whole day. Got my battery tested and was deemed in poor condition, I got my battery swapped out in about an hour. The pricing is a bit on the steeper side, but definitely saves you time and labor. My battery cost my about $ 169 and came out to be around $ 180 with tax. The service was good, a bit slow when waiting on a cashier but the battery installation was quick! Thanks Manny!
I wish they had a deduction in battery cost since they took my old battery, it’s typically around $ 15 but they didn’t do that here.

Rodney did a great job handling my issue with my battery. I’ve been to auto part stores where the employees asked if I was going to change the battery myself which I’m fully capable of doing but Rodney just did without batting an eye. I really appreciate that kind of service and initiative. I was quickly back on my way to work in no time. Thanks Rodney!

The only reason we go to this O’reilly’s is because it is convenient. The counter staff is slow as molasses, we have seen people walk out because its so slow. They also do not know the difference between a customer on the phone and one standing in front of them, phone calls can be put on hold, paying customers should be waited on and allowed to pay and be on their way.
