Nancy Gabaldon

Going through major life transitions can make you explore and question things about yourself, the meaning of life, and whether or not you are on track.
I found out about Nancy through a friend of mine who is a traditional western trained psychiatrist, Ted Leonido. I met Ted through the BEST doctor in LA County — Dr. Quintana (I also reviewed him).
Having started at a new company 15 months ago, expanding my own skills and private practice, and started dating while going through a divorce, I had some rather supernatural experiences and wanted some guidance. Yes, I have a therapist and have done much work on myself. But this was different. Dr. Leonido suggest Nancy to me because of her amazing skills as a Rieki healer. She is a western trained pharmacist, but has been working in this eastern medicine modality over the last few years and beginning to get messages about the past, present, and future of her clients.
Now, I was raised conservative Christian almost my whole life, recently liberalized myself as a Presbyterian, but wasn’t sure if seeing someone like Nancy was for me.
I called her on the phone, and we had a lovely conversation. She automatically had a healing presence over the phone with her sweet voice and kindness.
When I went to see her, I found street parking off La Cienega. The office suite was in this hidden bungalow area between store fronts. Walking into this tranquil, shaded area, I followed the trail to Nancy’s office. A quaint, homey cottage looking office. She welcomed me and we sat and spoke briefly about how she works, what I am looking for, and whether or not I was open to just the Reiki work or any images or messages Nancy picks up from my body. I was scared, but asked her to share all she found while working on me.
Then, she led me to a comfortable position on her massage table. I used my deep biofeedback diaphragmatic breathing while she slowly scanned my energy centers and worked on examining any blocks and moving them. After a time, I felt totally relaxed as if I could go to sleep. Then, she asked if I was open to her interpretations. I was, and she was amazing. She identified the name and descriptions of my boss and one man I was dating at the time. She shared some information about my physical health and made some spot on interpretations. Now, a few things she mentioned did not apply, but she was clear that she wasn’t sure if the interpretation was meant for someone else in my life.
She was gentle, professional, and encouraging.
I left the session feeling even more happy, relaxed, reassured, and inspired to continue on my career path.
Since that first time, I saw Nancy one additional time– also excellent and revealing, and referred two friends to her who felt that the treatment and messages were very helpful to them as well.
I HIGHLY recommend Nancy to anyone looking to learn about themselves in this way. Her energy work alone is invigorating.
