I have never wanted to kick someone so badly! I will never set foot back in this place again. I asked the lady doing my pedicure 5 times to be gentle before she actually stopped acting like a barbarian. Given this place too many chances at this point. Never again!!! It’s so bad that I’m actually typing this as she is working on me… And she is still hurting me

More than 10 years I am going to this place to get my nails done .

DO NOT GO HERE… I always check to Unilocal and the one time I don’t I get the worst experience.
So I was in the area and had to get my nails done, so I called to see if they has availability. I started my mani requesting a gel manicure. As the nail tech was cutting my cuticles, she cut it so deep that I started bleeding. Tip… Maybe the nail tech can take a day off and learn how to cut cuticles! (Seems like this is an issue numerous clients had after reading reviews.)
The cut was so bad that I told her I will do a regular manicure since I did not want to put my bloody finger in a UV light. I don’t get an apology. Just a simple. «its okay pick color.»
The nail tech puts on the polish. The polish is cheap quality that it looks wrinkled and bubbles after it drys. Also she leaves polish on the sides on my nail. I will post a pic so you get an idea of what it looks like.
Since she told me to pay before, I had already tipped her 3 dollars. Wish I never did. I paid $ 19 and walked out with horrible nails

I wanted to try someplace new and I realized just how good my regular places are. The girls were sort of friendly but not very customer oriented at all. My gel nails were super thin and started peeling two days later. The girl fixed them and was very nice but I just felt kind of gross being there.

I was in the area and decided to get my nails done here. I walked in with a friend of mine and the wait wasn’t horrible, but long considering there were seats open and workers walking around.
After getting seated for my pedicure the lady began to quickly do everything. It looked like she was in a hurry, although I didn’t mind that since I thought that meant she was very good at her job and was trying to get me out quicker. That wasn’t the case.
She made two of my fingers bleed, and stabbed my left big toe until it started gushing too. I suggested to maybe not continue but she said it’s fine and started rubbing alcohol on my feet, and kept wiping it very hard with a towel.
It’s safe to say that I was in pain most the time, and was overcharged considering I didn’t get a manicure done, but still got charged for the mani pedi combo price.
I would’ve been fine with whatever happened but since it’s been a week and the swelling and bleeding in my toe has gotten worse, I wanna WARN everyone to be careful here.
And wanna say that maybe they don’t use sanitary/​new products, which might be the reason for her freaking out when she made me bleed in 3 different places.

This has to be the worst nail salon I have ever been to in my entire life. I only came here because it is super close to my house and my car wasn’t working so I thought I’d just walk here and it couldn’t be that bad.
I arrived and asked for a gel pedicure. I left with something I could have done myself at home.
They handed me the selection of colors to choose from and anything I selected had apparently been discontinued or they had run out. So finally, I chose a basic dark red.
The woman filed my nails SO horribly and no matter how much I told her to fix it she kept making it more crooked and way shorter, so I eventually gave up.
When it came time to apply the gel color, I noticed the bottle for the color barely had anything left in it. Instead of grabbing a new polish, she continued to use the empty one. She struggled to scrape whatever was left out of the bottle and put it on my nails. The results were extremely disappointing. It looked like a two year old had applied my nail polish the color was uneven and did not even shine.
I will never be returning to this place. You would expect if you’re paying $ 33 dollars to get your toes done you would receive some quality. Save yourself the time and trouble and go somewhere else!!!

My go-​to SNS salon! Anne is my fav. After SNS, there’s no way I’ll go back to acrylics or gel. Definitely recommend. Amazing pricing as well.

This was my place to go once I moved to Glendale area for my pampering until I realized these ladies just wouldn’t shut up (on their language) and kept on pointing at a disabled person that was getting their nails done. For me that was very rude of them and to top it off they giggled and giggled. I think we are all equal and we pay you to give a good service and not to be mocked at. The same day I asked to have my current set of nails removed and get a new full set done and Ann or Ana started doing my nails and after getting up to go grab her food and start eating in front of me she past me on to a different girl which had NO CLUE what she was doing. My nails went through so much torture. This was the last time I went there. Never ever recommend this place.

They are horrible do not come here! My 5year old niece would have done a better manicure then the manicurist at this place. To sum it up just stay away unless u want to pay 50plus dollars for a mani and pedi that’s not even worth 10 dollars. My cuticles looked hideous and they didn’t open new sterile supplies for me until I mentioned it to them. I will definitely not be coming back to this place!!!

Thank you loan for my amazing manicure. I love the way she always does my mani and pedi. Never hurts me always always cleans everything for me and makes it perfect. 100% recommend this place esp if you go by loan you won’t be disappointed. Ann the owner is amazing as well. Anytime I did my acrylics or gel with her she made everything perfect.

I come here for the SNS manicure and I love it! It stays on as long as gel, even more! The best thing about SNS is that the surface of the nails doesn’t have to be scraped as with gel, no lamp necessary as it dries on it’s own, and it makes your nails stronger! Other salons don’t have this product. Otherwise, it is easy to make appointment here and the girls always help me create a design that I want, as I like to get creative with my nails.

To start off I’m seven months pregnant and I haven’t been able to get a Mani or Pedi for months because the smell is always way too strong. This place is great. It’s clean and doesn’t smell like acetone at all. For $ 25, you can get a Mani and Pedi. My nails look great and the ladies were all so nice. I will definitely come back here.

My mom and I have been coming here for over ten years. The ladies are great. It’s never too busy packed but just right. And always feels like home. Prices are nice and reasonable. Anna is also the only person I could trust with my eyebrows– she is quick and knows exactly what to do. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Not sure if loan is new, but she cut my pinky pretty good. It’s been 6 days and it still looks pretty bad. She did a great job with the design on my toes and she was very friendly. She just needs to be more careful.

My mom and I have been going to this place for about 4 years now, because we have our people whom we love the way they do our manicure and pedicure, but the wait is terrible. Even with an appointment, you have to wait for so long ³⁄₅^th of the time. It’s not over priced, and if you make an appointment with the right people, you won’t be disappointed. Parking can be annoying at times, but usually you’ll find a spot. One thing I hate about any nail place is the Asian nail ladies always talking shit about you to each other in their language!

Totally love this place! I came here after a horrible experience at my old nail place. Anna is amazing and she speaks English very well which makes it easy to communicate with her. They have a good selection of colors and its a good location.
Anna also does a fantastic job for eyelash extension. Only bad thing is you must be very careful with them so they don’t take your real eyelashes off.
Overall great place and great prices!

Average nail Salon. Nothing special. Tools don’t get disinfected after each client. when they’re done for the day, they just wash the tools and put it to dry. It was very disgusting. Spa chairs were ripped and towels were put on them to cover it up but the towels looked dirty too. Honestly, i don’t know why I even stayed. Manicure was HORRIBLE –I had to redo it myself when I got home. Pedicure was okay but I had to tell her how to put the nail polish on. The owner was a very annoying lady who was on the phone with someone yelling the whole time and eating (chewing & talking) with her mouth open. Not a pleasant place for the price we paid. I won’t every come back.
MSG to the owner: please don’t chew and talk at the same time when you’re talking to a customer, and try something important in this industry– DISINFECT YOUR TOOLS.
