Ordered food to go and asked for chips and salsa…$ 4 for chips and salsa for take out, but free when you dine in(doesn’t make sense to me). So ANNOYING and ridiculous. When you charge $ 25 for fajitas I find it a but ridiculous that you’re going to charge someone for chips. A bit disappointing. The comment would make sense about the chips if you also charged for dine in as well but doesn’t make a lot of sense when you only charge for chips with to go orders.

This place was so yummie! We will definitely go back. I didn’t know there was a hidden gem around here. Make sure you try the Carne Asada Fries and Elote. Both were amazing! Must try!!!

I went to mi corazon for the first time on Valentine’s Day and will say the food was good and the environment was nice. I had the Californian burrito which is vegetarian. I had them put Mole sauce on it. My only complaint is after ordering the food came out very fast which worries me when it’s not a fast food restaurant and also my food wasn’t very warm. Also the prices are a little overpriced for what you are getting. I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon when there’s a few other good Mexican restaurants in Glendale.

I’ve changed this, because the food is great, and if you read the comments you’ll understand that the business corrected the issue and that’s cool! first I love the food here and the atmosphere — but tonight I wanted to pickup dinner instead — their site uses chow now which should have made it easy, but sadly didn’t — a few minutes before chow now said it would be ready I walked in — the waiter who helped me told me it would be another 20 minutes, when I showed him the chow now email I got and asked why he said he didn’t know he’d just started and walked away — this guy had a bad attitude, but I love the food so I waited — when the food was ready and packed up he showed it to me but without chips for the guacamole(again really good) and said I had to pay extra for chips(again bad attitude) so I had to open a menu and show him that the guacamole comes with chips, to which we replied«weird» — this is an expensive place but worth it — when I left he said something snarky under his breadth, so I turned around and said«I come here a lot, usually with 10 or more people for lunch» this experience tonight sucked, I’ll still go back(love the food and the waiters and waitresses have always been exceptional) but won’t let that waiter serve us — life’s to short for bad attitudes and won’t use chow now again either!

We stumbled into this place while waiting on a friend to get his car fixed. It’s a little place, but it packs a punch. I love the interior. It feels very friendly and family style. The food is great and this place has incredible margaritas. They are really big, so fair warning. It’s definitely a spot that you should check out.

I’m in love with this place. I’ve been wanting to try it for a long time and I finally went for it the other day. It’s so close to my house conveniently located at Kenneth village almost hidden, I don’t understand how I’ve never seen this place especially since I pass by Kenneth village all the time. The atmosphere is awesome, it’s a tiny place with a great crowd. It really doesn’t feel like you’re in Glendale when your here. The food is amazing I had the guac which was A+ then the asada fries which were also very good I just wish the fries were cooked a little crispier. My main course was the chicken enchilada with the red sauce, it was very good but I’m not the biggest fan of the red sauce. The beef on the fries was very good and tender as well. You can tell they have good meat here, grass fed beef and natural chicken. And they taste great.

I love classic California-style Mexican food but often it’s pretty unhealthy. This place is great because it’s totally fresh and they use good quality, free-range and grass fed meats,(you can definitely taste the difference) but you still get that classic Mexican food flavor. Chips are hot and fresh and salsa is really, really good. Definitely try the mole, too, it’s sweet and just the right amount of spicy. Delicious!

We tried Mi Corazon because of the non –GMO corn, and grass-fed beef. We’ll go back because of that, and how delicious everything was. I had the beef enchiladas with chili cream sauce. Recommended. My wife had 3 tacos, chicken, carnitas, and fish. I recommend the carnitas. The chicken was a little dry. As others have said, the serving of fish in the taco is skimpy. The chips and salsa are first rate. It is expensive here, but if you’ve shopped for grass-fed beef and non-GMO corn, you’d think this is pretty reasonable. If you stick with one entrée per person, you won’t overeat. They offer 3 kinds of flan, traditional, chocolate, and red velvet. We tried the traditional. It was wonderful.

Came in for dinner tonight and had their beef and pickle tacos, a small guac and a sample of their mole sauce. All of which were ridiculously amazing! Service was great and my waiter was very attentive. This is definitely a Glendale gem and we are very lucky to have such quality and taste at this healthy Mexican mom and pop restaurant. They also have a happy hour which I’ll be checking out soon :)

I’m very happy that there is a Mexican restaurant that has organic ingredients!!! The chips and salsa they serve up at the table are addicting. House made horchata is very good. Sometimes a little too sweet for my taste but once the ice starts to melt it’s perfect. I’m also super excited that they have chicken posole. Most of the time posole is made with pork so this is a wonderful alternative if you don’t eat pork.

I ordered a fish taco for $ 6.75(outrageous price for a single taco) and there was barely any fish in it! I’m really disappointed. I’ve never had a bad experience with any other Mexican restaurant till now. On a lighter note, the asada burrito was good but I don’t know if I’ll pay $ 15 for a burrito again, way too expensive… Won’t be coming back.

This place is wonderful! They cook with organic, non GMO, top quality ingredients. They charge a bit more than a regular old LA Mexican restaurant, but you can taste the difference in the quality of the food. I am very picky about not eating GMO corn and this place cares about my health! Yay! So nice! I came here for lunch recently, made a special trip actually when I read about the organic ingredients. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. This restaurant is on a beautiful corner in Glendale. I’ve lived in LA for a long time and never seen his little section of Glendale. They call it Kenneth Village and it looks like a pretty little Village. Thanks Unilocal. The restaurant itself is lovely inside and out. They have rustic ceilings and pretty goth inspired crosses and pictures on the walls. It’s a very pretty dining room with a casual and slightly romantic feeling. The chips and salsa they bring you after you place your order are so delicious! This is the freshest and best tomato salsa I’ve had in a long time, not too spicy but with a rich smokey kick to it. Yum! I wish I had some of it now! I ordered the crispy tacos, carne asada, with rice and beans. These tacos were so delicious! I’m not sure they brought me steak tacos though, the meat was white, like chicken or pork. Once I discovered this, it was kinda too late, because I had already devoured one of my tacos. I asked the waiter about it and then he asked the cook, who said yes, they were beef, but it was slow cooked or something. I’m going to have to go back and order a few different kinds of tacos so I can compare the different meats. I look forward to it! This was taco perfection, crunchy and delicious and amazing. It came with rice and beans. The beans are good, but very cumin forward. I’m not always a huge fan of cumin. These were more like chili beans than traditional refried beans. The rice was delicious. The second salsa that came with the dish in a little cup was spicier, a little more citrusy and hotter than the first salsa. It was great. I wish I could have tried the guacamole, but since I was by myself I didn’t want to order too much food. This was one of the most delicious lunches I’ve had in a long time. I can’t wait to go back.

Mi Corazon is my neighborhood gem! Healthy, organic, delicious, and made with love. I’ve been eating here at least once every couple of weeks for over a year, so you can trust my opinion over the Unilocaler who came in once and gave a negative review. I love this place because they care about where the ingredients come from, they care about your health, and they clearly care about how good it tastes. They source quality, hormone-free, organic ingredients from the grass-fed carne asada(which flavor wise is better than most street taqueros) to the non-gmo corn tortillas. The key to a good restaurant is consistency, and they absolutely nail it! Yes of course it’s a little on the pricey side, but that’s because everything is organic, carefully sourced and made fresh daily. If you want a cheap meal, go to Acapulco where they couldn’t give a damn about the garbage they’re feeding you as long as they’re making money. Believe me when I say Mi Corazon is the real deal. Oh and their weekend breakfast options are also amazing, they even have fresh organic Mexican coffee :)

We found Kenneth St on Unilocal. It is a darling place and it was happening on a Tuesday night. The food and margaritas with Agave Wine were excellent! We tried the mole and carnitas trio… yummy! The price wasn’t too bad considering what you’re getting. After dinner, we walked over to the Village Bakery… French desserts were amazing!!!

This place is awesome, for the good organic food. The service you get is great, they make you feel welcome. The watermelon water is really good. My wife said there flan is to die for. Thank you Mi Corazon for the great organic food. The pozole is all– so– good!!! I’m happy with this place.
