The manager at night is the worst! Don’t come here at night! In the morning the blonde manager Ashley is amazing the black girl at nights is a straight d bag. If anything is wrong with your food she will straight say… so. yah, doesn’t work for me. I avoid nights like the plague.

Went there on Feb 2, 2016 around 5:45 p.m., after I paid for my food I went to the pick up window and I realized I wanted a small drink, so I asked her if I could order it and she told me I could go back around and wait in line again, c’mon really! Well she did give me one more option, she said I could go inside and order it. I asked if she could take my debit card and order it at the other window but she refused to do that too. As poor of customer service as that may sound, to her defense it is possible that it’s not all her fault. Management could have instructed her not to provide such service to its customers. In any event, they have poor customer service. I understand people sometimes absolutely hate their jobs especially in those types of positions. Having to deal with difficult customers is the pitts and I could only imagine what that must feel like. Also, having to deal with poor management doesn’t help either. If you are not happy where you are at move on to where you will be happy. It’s that simple.

Went tonight, French fries were cold. Hamburger was cold. It took 25 min to get through the line at 7:30 at night. And to top it off they forgot the sweet n sour. Probably the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald’s in a long time.

I usually have a decent experience here. Today was not the case. The guy at the first window was super sweet and kind, so good experience there. It was when I got to the second window that it seemed like a different guy had massive attitude. They were taking a while to get out my food in the first place, so excuse me for texting a moment while I waited. When I turned to see if my food was finally done, the guy was just glaring at me. Like dude, say something! It’s called customer service. If you’re not happy doing your job at least act like it… Worst customer service experience I’ve had anywhere in a LONG time. Would not return.

It says bright as day 24hour I was four cars in line we all sat in line for about 7 minutes then thought maybe the intercom system is down. So by the time of driving up who ever was inside, turns out the lights to the drive thru without saying anything! It was 4 something am on 9÷8÷15. Called to make sure I wasn’t missing something and asked for a manager who stated yeah we closed on Tuesdays… Hello the sign says 24 hours 7 days a week it doesn’t specify certain days you decide to be 24 hours. In my opinion this is the worst McDonald’s customer service ever on top of no communication at all. And I see I am NOT the only one who has experienced that customer service at the same location. Whoever owns this franchise should do an Undercover Boss program and see for themselves, just ridiculous!

It’s better to eat inside. If you take the drive thru your taking a gamble. If you order a big mac and a coke, you might get a ham burger and an orange juice. It’s like they are spinning a wheel and whatever it lands on they put in the bag. I ordered a large fench fry and they were all shit brown. I told the manager and she offered me a refund. I said, i don’t want a refund, i want you guys to clean your fryers, but first, you try one of these brown frys. They think people dont undo the wrapping or look inside the box, well suprise, I looked, and I don’t see bacon on my burger. So even if they get the order right, whats in the burger is another gamble. Sometimes you get an extra cheeseburger and your like, where did this come from? At in and out burger, you can get a burger, frys, and a coke. Because thats all they have, but at least you know what your getting.

I came to this restaurant with my friend. As soon as I walked in the manager greeted me with an unpleasant smile. She seemed like she did not want me there at all. While I’m ordering, she then tries to rush me even though it was not busy at all. Afterward she tells me my total and runs my card. After I look at the receipt it shows that I ordered nuggets when I didn’t. I asked her if she can cancel that and she says No even though I haven’t even gotten my food yet. After waiting for my food for over 15 min, she throws it on the counter and calls my order number. As I was leaving she rolls her eyes while saying bye! This by far is the most disrespect I have gotten from an employee. I recommend everyone never go here unless you want horrible customer assistance!

so I ordered as usual not allot of waiting from order to window… I get to the window and the employee asks me my order… slightly annoyed I repeat it and he sass…” Your Order Got Deleted”… so I pay the $ 7.31. Thinking the entire time…(being a Ronald McDonald’s graduated of 83′) Errors like this is an «Automatic Free Meal». Will have to email Corp office on my «Deleted Order»
