Mattress Firm Arrowhead Ranch

Went in to look for a queen mattress in mid-​price range. Jennifer was extremely helpful from the onset. Originally had me try a plush and firm mattress to see which I preferred then steered me to the section of firm beds which I preferred. Saved a lot of time this way as I didn’t have to wander all over trying beds I wouldn’t have liked. Found a good deal on a mattress I liked and also purchased a frame and bed covers. Great customer service and warranty. Deal closed by Marchelle who was also extremely helpful. Good experience-​low sales pressure but very efficient. Would recommend to anyone. It was a much better experience than at furniture stores which don’t specialize in beds.

Such a great experience with Jack. No pressure and very helpful. My son and grandson purchased mattress sets for their new home. I will be back soon to purchase from Jack.

Alex was awesome to work with and helped us through our pillow selection process. He let my family and I take power naps and made us feel like we were in the comfort of our home. It’s nice to know that we will sleep great tonight. I will be back to make any future mattress or pillow purchases.

I came here to buy a mattress and Christina was extremely helpful and courteous. Even more important, she was very frank regarding the quality of the mattresses and how much we needed to pay to get a good mattress for as cheap as possible. I came here looking for a good one, and I am leaving with a smile and trust in my decision.

Ashley is awesome! She took the time necessary to teach me about the mattresses so I could make an informed decision. Price was right, too. She even stayed late so I could buy it that day!

I came back in again, the first time I came I did not purchase a mattress, I just found the one I really liked & got approved for financing. I came back yesterday to finally make a decision & I ended up getting an amazing Sealy memory foam bed. I ended up spending almost $ 3000, so worth it! I haven’t gotten the bed yet, it comes tomorrow but I am so excited! When I came in, I got Ashley again & once again was so helpful in making the decision easy. She is so friendly & easy to talk to.
I had went to sleep number to try their selections & I had such a terrible experience there. They yelled at me and told me to leave because I was trying the adjustments (probably assumed I was playing around or not going to purchase; jokes on them), totally not welcoming & rude. However, Ashley was so nice, she let me adjust the mattresses however I liked them, totally patient with me & didn’t make me feel like I was just someone that’d just help out her paycheck. I love her! Thank you Ashley for helping us once again, can’t wait for my mattress to come.

Outstanding customer service! Very friendly on the phone when I called first with questions. Then when I went into the store they were so nice and explained everything clearly and answered all of my questions. They didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured to buy. They politely helped each customer that came in while I was trying out mattresses. I purchased a mattress that day and was very happy I choose to go to this store.

I had a wonderful experience at this mattress store! I came in and the salesperson was very helpful and kind despite the fact that he was very busy. Michael was attentive, quick, and had a positive attitude and sense of humor. He even arranged for same day delivery and I got to sleep in my wonderful marshmallow last night!
