Not being from California, I was completely blindsided by how popular MAC appointments are on the weekends! I called 13 stores before I was finally able to find one with an open appointment during the day. This MAC Bloomingdales was a life safer. I was greeted when I walked in and immediately seated. My makeup artist’s name is Marissa, and she is knowledgeable, friendly, and made my makeup experience absolutely wonderful. When I asked her questions about her technique she happily answered, even going above and beyond to show me some makeup tips along the way as she did my makeup. The rest of the staff was incredibly friendly and supportive as well. Periodically stopping by to compliment the job Marissa was doing on my makeup. And for the record, even while doing my makeup, she still made time for customers when need be. If you live in LA and need a place to get your makeup done, give this place a shot!

I posted a review for the regular MAC at the Galleria but wanted to review this one.
Super friendly and knowledgeable! They ran out of the lipstick I wanted but I learned a neat trick to turn my lipsticks into ‘matte’. I plan to return to this location for my products. A+

I had a wedding to go to yesterday so I got my makeup done and Katie helped me out she was amazing so kind to me and very helpful. Not only was she helping me but assisting other clients at the same time amazing at multitasking I never felt left alone. She did my makeup just the way I wanted and I will go by her anytime I need new makeup or just to get my makeup done.
