Kumon Math and Reading Center of Glendale

I went to a Saturday orientation for this program three weeks ago. I wanted to sign my 10 and 11 year old up for their math program. I completed a registration form with all my contact information and one of the employees, Mr. Daniel went over the details of the program. He also informed us that the pricing for my sons age group had gone up but he did not have the new paperwork and pricing information available. That was fine, he said he would get back to me later that day. The form had my email and phone number. I never heard from them. I finally decided to call, and had to leave a message. The director of the program finally called me back the next day but I was at work and couldn’t answer the call. I called back and left a message asking that they please call me after 4:30 pm. That was last week and I have not heard back since. You guys plan to charge $ 150-​$ 160 a child per month but can’t call a potential customer back after weeks of waiting? It does not seem very responsible of the staff and I can imagine their disregard applies to how they run their program. Thanks for making my Kumon experience memorable!
