There are two good restaurants on this street but not much more to do. There is a Crossfit gym and some beauty salons. The liquor store has a a lot of variety but it’s good to take your dog for a walk

Not as many shops as Montrose, but still nice just the same. Would I go back? Sure! I have not seen/tried everything yet! You can eat, get a facial, get your nails done or wax!

I agree this is a nice little neighborhood, I grew up just down the street and spent many a hour at Then Pat’s Meat Market Ducans 5 and dime got my hair cut there and Chris and Toms. But recently I too have noticed a lack of businesses pulling in new customers. You can not depend of repeat customers, as soon as someone moves away or is discourage by bad service, such as my family w/George’s Italian Cantina. The customer is always right whether you think so or not. You have to step it up and attract new customers to the area. Specialty stores suffer with out foot traffic.

Tucked away shopping center in the middle of a residential area. It has a very cozy and cute feel to it as it consists of about 1 ½ blocks in the nicer area of Glendale, CA. However, this place would be much more appealing and would be a great money maker if there were businesses that actually attracted customers. The French Bakery is GREAT so is the NEW mini market. I have not tried the Yoga studio but that looks great as well. However, they really need to get shops in that will attract consumers and drive in business for surrounding businesses. Oh how i would love to have Recess re locate from north brand to Kenneth Village! Ideally I would like to see a breakfast restaurant, exercise studio(for a younger crowd not the current Curves) and a sushi restaurant.(WISHFULTHINKING)
