Jordan Event Studio

I contacted Jill at Jordan Event Studios to do the event planning for my sister-in-law’s bridal shower. It was a total no brainer to hire her after our consultation. I told her what my budget was, what I was hoping to achieve in terms of décor and general feel for the shower. Jill’s proposal included planning, invitations, site signage and décor, dessert table, party favors and on-​site coordination the day of the event. Jill incorporated face-​to-​face meetings, Skype, email and Pinterest boards during the planning stage. She made recommendations that really fit into the idea I had in my head. For example, I HATE getting useless favors from weddings and showers. So instead of spending money on something that the guests would just throw away, Jill created individual mini potted basil plants as the favors. Each mini pot also had a little thank you note for attending the shower. Brilliant.
When I entered the venue for the event, I knew she nailed it. Everything was exactly as we discussed or exceeded my expectations. All the guests thought the shower was gorgeous and I received many compliments for all «my» hard work.
Working with JES took all the stress out of planning this very important event. I will definitely be using Jill and the JES team for my next event.
